This review is for all the people looking at the low star rating. Don't go by those reviews…read more Seriously. Sutter Medical Roseville has a greatly impacted gastroenterology department with a waiting list of at least 4 -7 months, not including the one month it takes them to call you to schedule. It was for that reason that my primary care doc sent me to Capitol GI. Here is my experience: This is also a very busy office, however I was able to actually get someone on the phone for scheduling. I was able to schedule a GI appointment within a week of my phone call. Don't expect to get a lot of leeway in times. If you expect a 5 p.m. appointment, don't. Just take the time off work or out of your busy schedule. Remember the alternative is over a 4 month wait. At my first appointment, the staff was nice, and efficient. Dr. Rangi was also very nice. He didn't really need to spend much time with me except to go over my history and confirm that the colonoscopy was for a screening (turned 50). REMEMBER THE GI FIELD IS SEVERELY IMPACTED. So if you expect for these doctors to be all chatty, they don't have time for that. Keep it to the business at hand. Of course if you have other issues, it was my impression that they would be addressed. I was able to schedule my colonoscopy for a week after this appointment. My colonoscopy was yesterday, and I can tell you that I don't really remember the experience. What I can tell you is again the staff is efficient and nice. Dr. Rangi did a great job and I have zero pain or side effects from the procedure. The staff followed up with me today on how I was doing. I'm very happy with this facility and even happier that I ignored the bad reviews.

The office staff seems nice...but the physician I saw was very inattentive to my concerns. I did take some a tests, but was never told the results by an office nurse or physician. I had to search and find the results myself. I've never had a follow up call or visit since my initial consultation. From my recent experiences with this medical practice, I now can totally believe the negative reviews. I cannot recommend them.

On 8/31/2025 Dr. Inder Singh performed my Colonoscopy. The hospital doctor the next day gave me a…read morediagnosis of Ischemic Colitis. In my previous post, I didn't talk to Dr. Inder & ask the usual questions. I finally got to review his report of my Colonoscopy. You must know what takes for a person to prepare for a colonoscopy. I wanted to know if he saw the Ischemic Colitis in the my colon did he stop at the colon. The answer is he did! He assumed that since I had a colonoscopy in 2021, why go any farther? This is probably why he refused to speak to me afterwards. When you have underlying conditions it is best to examine the entire liver, pancreas, stomach, & the small & large intestines. I prepared for this by ingesting an entire gallon of "Go Lightly". His failure to not do a complete colonoscopy will reflect on Sutter's reputation. I have a family history of Pancreatic cancer, & I have Parkinson's disease. He says I won't need another Colonoscopy for 10 years, because he examined my colon. I will need a COMPLETE colonoscopy in five years should I become ill where my liver, pancreas, small or large intestines may be involved. I'm 69 years old, for Sutter Health's sake, Dr. Singh better be correct. I specifically told him of my Grandmother's cancer & my diagnosis of Parkinson's. For a 68 year old women to prepare for COMPLETE colonoscopy & it not be performed, this quack could have simply gave me an enema for this examination!

Throughout his stay, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and attentive. They showed genuine empathy toward my grandpa and our family, listened to our needs and concerns, and helped us feel informed and supported throughout his care. We especially appreciated their clear communication and commitment to providing him with quality care. We apologize that it has taken us some time to write this review, as our family has been focused on getting our grandpa settled and comfortable. However, we did not want to let any more time pass without recognizing Nurse Leader Krestel, Nurse Anya and the rest of the team for the care and kindness they showed him and our family. Thank you again for everything you did for our grandpa. We are truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and support you provided during a difficult time.

They literally explain absolutely nothing to you at all whatsoever because there main goal is every time they contact you. They make money. I cannot wait until open enrollment so I can officially dump this piece of crap facility and pay an extra $200 a month to go to UC Davis to get some real medical treatments. KAISER IS TRASH!!! Their medical personnel is lazy literally the nurse they go missing for like 3 to 4 hours and then they come back. I just wanna let you know. I'm going on break. Oh really I thought you were already on break. They are literally trash. TRASSSSHHHH!!!! Oh, and also, this is like a two part thing they leave people in pain. They will not give you any kind of painkillers until you get a recliner or a chair. The photos I attached are proof they were not busy medical personnel going back-and-forth talking to each other laughing giggling like a little school girls walking around texting not doing their jobs why people are an extreme amount of pain, liver levels through the roof because of their insufficient protocols!! -- Yeah, they're gonna know who posted this. I really excuse my language. I really don't give a fuck because I'm gonna say it again fuck Kaiser and fuck every medical personnel in this fucking building!!!
