Decent Ramen in Tarragona? Who knew? I rolled my eyes at my mom(who retired in nearby Calefell) said their was a ramen place she liked nearby. The decor is a riot, so fun and something straight out of Japan. Anime all over the walls and a funky truck at the entrance. Service was quick and they even offer a menu del dia(kind of a must in Spain). It features your choice of drink, appetizer and main. The ramen is good, it's not going to be the best you ever had but it's gonna hit the spot. The noodles are high point, they are cooked perfectly and have great texture and mouth feel. Definitely not the instant kind of noodle, don't honk they are made in house though. The broth is passable, but the spice level is toned down for Spanish palates. Something I've seen country wide. The gyozas were as tasty. I'll definitely come back next time I visit family. Side note of your thinking about a trip to tarragona.....it's a great smaller city definitely worth visiting. read more
