I was not expecting the quality and the product that I received and I purchased a second supposedly with a blemish I have worked in the auto industry and know how to look up blemishes and I could not find one. I am so happy with the product I'm actually purchasing a second one as a back up. I would most definitely purchase products from Ramco Engineering again in the future if I need some. read more

Their customer service is the BEST! They are easy to get on the phone and quick to answer emails. The quality of their products is great and they support older products--the mirrors I have are probably 40 years old and although they've changed the models they still have parts. read more

Even though their website talks about how Customer service is very important to them, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! I've called four times and it rings, and rings, and rings, and then then system just disconnects. IS THERE NOBODY MONITORING PHONES???? Maybe you need to update your home page to say "We don't care about customers so just go away and don't bother us!" read more

Established in 1977 as the first manufacturer of exterior rearview mirrors designed specifically for motorhomes, Ramco has been helping drivers add safety and style to their coach.
