But I was very impressed with their assessment of the piece and suggestions on how it should be tackled. In addition, as I was finally escaping away for a short vacation for the first time in years, they very kindly agreed to keep the desk and stool safe for me until I return next week to pick them up. I thot that was immensely kind of them. Their premises are neat and tidy, parking is comfortable and well-lit, the office is clean and well-organized and so is the shop. The people who work there are also very professional. No bare bellies, scraggly beards, or saggy jeans here! Their paperwork is easy to read, forthright, and up to date. I would have no difficulty entrusting my things to them for excellent repairs. I have been treated so nicely by them, even tho I can't afford them. My short experience with Mumford has been informative and supportive in every way. Everything about them says they are organized, skillful, meticulous, and caring. So I highly recommend.
