I'm told after almost 3 weeks of regular transport to dialysis that I may have to wait up to 2…read morehours to be picked up from dialysis. Driver states this is within their parameters for Medicaid. This was never communicated to me in the beginning. I suspect they over booked and decided to let me wait. I'm not that important cause these rides are free for me. Well I've only been on Medicaid for a few months due to starting dialysis and suffering a below the knee amputation. Such disrespect. This attitude like he's doing me a favor is unacceptable. I would not recommend this "service". Horrible treatment of this customer. And to top it off, he told me he didn't care if I found other transportation and was abandoning me at dialysis today and I'd have to find my own ride back home.
