The staff here was incredibly friendly and outgoing, which I really appreciate. I'm usually on the road alone for work, so a welcoming smile at the front desk genuinely makes a difference. I did run into a small issue with the app during check-in, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. My room was spotless, and the furnishings were comfortable and well-maintained. Based on the condition of everything, I'm assuming this is a relatively new property. The downside to this property is the snack bar is highway robbery. I think they are trying to compete with the airport and the most expensive I have ever seen. If work brings me back to the area, this hotel will definitely be on my list. Great experience overall.

Upon arrival we had 2 of our rooms not ready for check in, which was not a big deal, we could put their stuff in others rooms until we were done with our dinner plans. Upon returning to the hotel in the late evening 2 of our executives had to get their rooms now that they were ready. One was assigned an already occupied room, which made a really award situation for one of our team as he entered a room after 11pm to find someone else in bed. The rooms were clean and well maintained, they had a nice patio outside the lobby and a snack area at the front desk where you can purchase.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly, the bed in specifically room 422 was in my top 10 of most uncomfortable beds I have slept on and my number one most uncomfortable bed for 2026, squeaky , stiff, in need of replacement, lucky it's a double queen room , I removed all the bedding from one bed , which was uncomfortable also, and put all the bedding on one bed .i woke up stiff but made it through the day . Room 422 also faces the highway and the windows allowed a lot of road noise in. The on ramp to the highway is not far away . I did notice that there were quite a few service members staying at this hotel, "thank you for your service ", it bothers me to think that when these valued members of our nations military are staying in these conditions when they are not protecting our nation. I cannot recommend this place until an upgrade is made and I revisit this hotel, I am a lifetime Silver Marriott member.

I usually only travel in summer but I am hoping to staycation regionally, more. Then nationally! Then internationally! So happy that my first out of town review is amazing! I was attending the Outlaw Music Festival at Toyota Amphitheater in Wheatland (Ca). I missed out on hotel rooms near there so I aimed for an area I know a little better. Roseville/Rocklin is usually where I lodge when near Sacramento. This time, I needed something close to highway 65. I only needed one night, because this had to be a short trip. Staybridge is part of IHG hotels and I just signed up for free, to be a rewards member. Great perks! I looked over the features of location and it fit my budget and everything I needed! The room, a queen suite, exceeded my expectations! I was in awe! It was clean, had so much space, a fully equipped kitchen (minus oven but it did have a stove), utensils, etc. The bathroom vanity even had makeup remover wipes! Just look at my photos to see! Room temperature control were easy to use and comfortable. This location allows pets and there are so many grassy yards, with poop bags, for your dogs! Lots of nearby dining and shopping (literally in a mall parking lot). Off the highway! Check in, with a reservation, was a breeze. Staff was polite, friendly, and informative. If you ever need lodging when going to Lincoln, this is nearby. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding!! I didn't get any photos because I wanted to eat ;) Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, yogurt, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, and more. I hear there is Happy Hour on certain days too, at some locations. I believe this is one but check ahead. I was there on a Sunday , so it wasn't that day. There is a quaint dining room and patio. I loved this place so much, I am looking regionally for all Staybridge's. This is my go-to lodging choice!

It's all in the IHG family, so I get all my points. This location is kinda weird off the back of a shopping center, not really in plain view, so use the GPS to get here! Staybridge has a free happy hour with food and drinks Mon, Tues, Wed evenings. FREE BEER! The breakfast food is pretty bad compared to Holiday Inn Express where I usually stay. The eggs tasted like a dry mix, the potatoes were soggy. The sausage was just OK. You can eat in the dining room or take the food back to you room and eat in private. The social hour food, I've had better at other locations. This was just pathetic the offerings. The meatballs were weird and sour and the other evenings food wasn't much better. THe coffee was good and hot though. My room was just fine, I got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom king suite. No cooking on this trip, but you could if you wanted. The room was clean and no creepy crawly thingies or stray hairs in the bed not of my color! Everything worked as it should, the WiFi was decent and I could stream Netflix onto the big screen TV from my laptop. I might pick one of nearby Holiday Inn Expresses next time.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is conveniently situated near all the amenities and necessities one might require. However, I encountered an issue during my recent stay. While waiting for my turn at the front desk, I overheard a woman complaining about a potential intruder in her room while she was away. Upon her return, she discovered that her door was propped open by the latch. After she departed, it was my turn to check in. The front desk attendant failed to recognize me as a Marriott Bonvoy member and neglected to provide me with the welcome bag that members receive. Upon entering my room, I conducted a thorough inspection and discovered that the latch securing the window was broken, rendering the window unsecured. Additionally, the television, which typically displays a welcome message for Bonvoy members, was absent. At checkout, I received a physical copy of my receipt, which was a positive outcome, as my stay was not recorded in the Marriott App, nor did I receive my points. I subsequently uploaded my receipt to the "Missing a stay" section of the app in the hope of receiving credit for my stay and points.

We were graciously greeted by some of their team when we arrived at the Restaurant. We utilized their valet and their team was very attentive when we arrived to get us on our way into the resort as soon as possible. It did take some time to get our vehicle back when we were ready to leave, but nothing outrageous. Red Lantern is DELICIOUS! This is my 3rd time here and they have the best Kung Pao Chicken I have ever had. We had a large party of 14, and everything was so good and the service and hospitality of the staff was even better. I myself was not fond of the Kung Pao Shrimp - but others in our party enjoyed it. We ordered many different dishes and the service was top tier. We truly enjoyed our experience at Red Lantern within Thunder Valley. We came back for drinks & some game play after our team building event. We had great interactions with bar tenders & floor staff. Drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed our gaming experience - some of us opted for slots where others played table games. We spent a few hours here in the evening. I admit I'm not a big gambler, so I can't speak too much to how the machines are (When I do gamble, I stop at $20). I loved the Buffet which existed until Covid times, it was my family's favorite buffet. Now, however, I just go to the food court or the bakery case at one of the restaurants if I want to buy something for breakfast the next day. I'd like to try the steakhouse in the future; my friends told me it's good and peeking inside, the atmosphere looks nice. I've been to a few shows here and like the easy layout once you get inside; merch, drinks and restrooms are all in close proximity once you walk into the lobby. I like that they have parking directly in front of The Venue as well, so you don't have to hassle with the parking garage (although the actual doors to the concert all are locked so you have to walk out of your way through the main entrance of the casino to walk to your car, so it's a little ways).
