I agree with the review below, this place is actually THE best place to buy beer in Fort Collins,…read moreof the dozen or so places I've checked out. Awesome service too. Pros: + Microbrew of the month, like $8 for an Odell 6-pack this month. + 12% off coupon that you get on the back of King Sooper reciepts, which makes already good prices easily the best in town across the boards for microbrews + Sometimes have good cheap wine deals, like $8-9 bottles for $5 + I'm ALWAYS approached by staff offering help. Cons - Slightly crowded - Ask to leave backpacks by the door (can't really blame them though) - Not comparable to Wilburs in terms of wine or liquor selection, but have the mainstays

Deposit is ?100 each, he says, $43.20 and looks at me again like I have three heads. I asked him why it's not $200? He the make up the dumbest lie I can imagine, you get $100 each if you bring them back in a week. Not true because we originally picked up 4 and brought back about 6 weeks later and there was no issue. I figured I stock up on beer while I was there since I had $200 coming. Very poor customer service, not sure why he found it necessary to lie to me and try to basically steal $154.80 from me. I have purchased a lot of beer and liquor from there in the past. Never again. If that very old man happens to be the owner, he's not very smart treating anyone like this. Buyer beware.

I saw an interesting Polish liquor, took a photo to look up later and was told I was making him nervous because I did not need any help. Then he told me to leave. Not sure what's the deal with this place but won't be returning. Was looking for ingredients to make a grog but lucky for me there are plenty of liquor stores around that offer much better service Edit: The selection is laughable. The store is large like a total wine but the shelves are empty as well as the parking lot. Hopefully the poor customer service runs everyone to find better as I won't beg anyone to take my money. Additionally I was officially told to leave due taking a photo and making the clerk nervous. If you visit their facebook page you can see one of their top reviews has a photo clearly taken by a customer in the store. I have attached it here in case it mysteriously disappears from the original source (https://www.facebook.com/NorthstarLiquorSuperstore/reviews) I will make it my business to ensure no one else shops here

By far the best customer service I ever had Mike Marcos and Corey thank you so much for your help…read moreand your gracious givingness by allowing to let my experience to be as great as it was the moment I walked though the door, these 3 gentlemen were so kind, funny, impressionable, friendly and definitely knew there liquor and can relate with the customers on any level I feel like regardless no matter who you are or what you drink. Marcos offered me a few recipes even with the drinks that I had bought to try something different with them by mixture, l love how nothing was pushed on me to buy more or of something different elsewise lol like most places who are just looking to try and sell whatever liquor. He simply was focused on what I was purchasing and how I would like to might fix those things up that's it.. i was very impressed by all 3 of their willingness to make sure I was happily satisfied when I walked in and out their door. Sadly I was a couple bucks short even and they covered it for me for one which was not nessessary but totally appreciated and rad for them to do and secondly ALL of their personalities made me smile from ear to ear the entire time I was in there. It's just so nice to have customer service like this, so helpful and about you as a customer from what you like to drink to how your day might be going to the enjoyment of the purchase you're making so that they can conversate with actual relation to giving a shit.. not just hi, bye and on your way you go, nope not this store and staff. I wish there were more places we all as customers go to that would give the same as these three gentlemen did for me today, it would be so much more joyful when you walk into a business to experience from coming to going a good time whether it be brief or along stay for whatever reasons I got to give it to these guys as a staff and as people, I didn't want to even leave the store with how awesome they treated me as their customer. Huge thumbs up to all of you guys I'm sure all of the staff there will make your experience this is great as mine was with how helpful they were in my situation personally I have no doubt that anyone going to the Red Barn guaranteed wouldn't have a good time just taking a peek into this liquor store and givin awesome prices as well and just seeing what it was all about. Don't let me forget to mention the store is huge and contains literally everything you could possibly want plus some. Also today there was the most tastiest for taste testers as I walked through the door to try out as one of their products that they are now advertising as available, they we're all so delicious and if you go and give it a shot literally today you won't be disappointed plus today stopping to the Red Barn liquors you will get a 5% discount on all your purchase if you try these liquors and wines they're giving up for taste testers out the moment you walk through the door. 10/15/22 go check out the awesome staff in the great experience once again you won't be disappointed! Thanks Marcos Mike and Corey you guys rock if I ever pass through again I'll be definitely going here no doubt about it than any other liquor store for sure!

I did a little comparison of Knob Creek which I looked at in a store in Highlands Ranch just yesterday. The same expression of Knob is about $4 cheaper here. That is the beauty of those stores that are located 30 miles away from the central Denver. The aisles are so wide. This is a plus.
