I visited Fish's Liquor in Fort Collins after watching a nationally broadcast video that featured a…read morecustomer purchasing a particular spirit from the store at a specific price. Just a few days later, I visited the store hoping to purchase the same bottle and found it priced at more than three times the amount shown in the broadcast. To be clear, I understand that businesses can set their own prices and that prices may change at any time. My concern is not simply the price itself. My concern is how I was treated when I politely asked about the difference and referenced the video I had seen. Instead of receiving a reasonable explanation, I was met with what I felt was a rude and dismissive attitude from two employees. When I asked to speak with a manager or the store owner, I was told that neither worked weekends. Rather than offering a way to contact management or trying to address my concerns, I was repeatedly asked to leave the store. As a customer, I felt embarrassed, unwelcome, and disrespected.. I was simply asking a reasonable question about a product and its pricing. I would have been perfectly satisfied with a professional explanation, even if I disagreed with it. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. I am posting this review in the hope that the store owner or manager will respond. I would genuinely like to understand why I was treated this way and whether this reflects the level of customer service Fish's Liquor expects its employees to provide. If management would like to discuss this incident, I would welcome the opportunity to have a respectful conversation. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fish's Liquor and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I found the bottle of wine and took it to the counter, and saw the cashier was not wearing a mask, despite the local rules and statewide mandate. I asked, "Dude, where's your mask?" He refused to put one on. I left the wine on the counter and walked out. If the management is unaware, this is a very poorly managed store. If management is aware, they don't deserve your money, Go to the Perfect Pour liquor store instead, as I did, at 1671 S. College Ave. on the west side of the street between Stuart and Prospect. They maintained a limit on the number of people in the store, wore masks, offered hand sanitizer, and had a plexiglass barrier. Plus, their selection was much better!
