Dr. Kline and Dr. Craigie performed (along with the equally stellar Oncologist Dr. Paul Baron) the skin sparing procedure with DIEP flap reconstruction - it is beyond amazing. The work they have done has brought tears to my eyes multiple times over the past weeks during recovery... I know the journey is not over yet and there will be at least one revision (this always depends on personal taste), but I'll be traveling back here to work with them throughout. NO WORDS CAN EVER THANK OR PRAISE THEM ENOUGH FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME!!! To add? At every turn when I went 'anywhere' for tests or pre-op appointments, folks would say "wow, you've got the dream team"! Even my doctors in Charlotte spoke with such respect for this team! Amazing amazing amazing! UPDATE! It's been right at 1year, and just had surgery #3 (paddles removed after radiation healing).... and I feel sexy again! I don't think I realized how much I missed that because I was so focused on just getting cancer free and healing... But when you feel sexy again after not really thinking that's important it has a huge impact! That is AGAIN why Dr. Kline is just so amazing! Every time it's like I'm getting a piece of me 'back' rather than loosing anything! Working with Dr. Kline is more than kicking cancer, it's like shoving cancer to the ground and feeling like you just kicked the biggest bully around!

I was asking around for…read morerecommendations of local brow aestheticians due to my microblade fading, and my friend suggested her and this office. After looking at some of her work of past clients via Instagram, I called the office to schedule an appointment which was a breeze -- grateful to schedule a session on my day off from work. I didn't catch the names but the staff at the front desk is incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and professional. Upon checking-in there's some paperwork but not that much to fill out. The office is tastefully decorated and the soap in the bathroom has a nice exfoliant to it! Didn't have to wait long at all, Anissa greeted me with a smile and asked some questions. She gave me options and felt the best would be a simple fill-in. She places some numbing cream to the area and you relax for 20 minutes. When it comes to color swatches, Anissa showed me 3 options where we decided on a shade that was most fitting. This microblade session felt more comfortable due to knowing how the sensation of the needle feels like - to me it's like a mechanical pencil being gently scraped in the brow area. The after-care is straightforward plus the kit she gives helps with the healing process so there's no scars, infection, and keep flaking to a minimal. The website is another good resource on what to expect and how to prepare, like pausing tretinoin treatment to not drinking alcohol the night before. Would recommend this office in a heartbeat. It's clean, calm, and the crew is very professional. May consider other treatments down the line!

I know that I have low tolerance and low patience, huge anxiety, and I'm not the best patient! I really want to write a great review for you guys. I am so pleased with the way my stomach and my breast look. I can't wait till the breast soften and drop in place! When I unwrapped my bandages and saw my stomach I absolutely cried. I have had saggy breast and a saggy baggy wrinkly stomach since my daughter was born 30 years ago. It has been my dream since then to have to breast lift and the tummy tuck. I used part of my inheritance my mother had invested for me on this instead of as a down payment on a house and I have no regrets!! I wasn't sure if I was making the best financial decision but now I am! This has made me happier than any house, my stomach is beautiful! I was very nervous about what Dr. to pick. I studied up a lot and found a lot of information on Dr. Hensel and was going to go in for consultation to him when I met my new friend Gwen Carson. When she told me she had done her consultation with you guys and that her surgery date had been set I set my consultation. I went in a few weeks later and I was very comfortable with meeting Dr Hensel and your staff. I saw Dr. Hensel's work on Gwen's breast before I ever went into surgery. I have had that small problem with one spot that was not healing as nicely as the rest but when I emailed about it they were very attentive and sent cell number to ease my mind so I did not have to worry knowing that if I felt like things were getting worse that I was able to call you and be in immediate touch with Dr. Hensel. That was a very great relief for me. We cleaned out my little spots today in office and I'm sure it is going to heal well. People need to understand Dr's can not control how each persons body heals. But how they take care of the self, communicate with their Dr and having an attentive Dr and staff after surgery are important for proper healing and Dr Hensel as well as his staff has been wonderful! The entire staff has been friendly and so cooperative and they listen attentively which is very meaningful. The receptionist remembers my name and always says Hi or bye Karen. I'm terrible with names! My nurse has been unbelievable, I love her dearly. She told me I didn't have to have a check up till the three month one but did I want to come again before then? Again impressed, she knows I want a "pretty scar" and am a nervous person. I told her I think I'm good so unless anything arises I'll see you in 3 months!
