This review is long overdue and after reading a couple of negative comments, I felt I needed to take the time to share my experience with the office of Dr. Patrick O'Neill. In 2009, I lost my breast to cancer. As the tumor was aggressive, I had to have a radical mastectomy and complete axillary dissection. Dr. O'Neill is a very kind physician and he proved to be very skilled in Breast Cancer Reconstruction, as well. He performed a DIEP-FLAP surgery, which still looks great 13 years later. So far so good for laser hair removal. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Minus one star because they would not do a pricing consult via phone, so I had to drive 40 minutes to the location for a 10 minute consult and quote. I would have purchased either way, but saving the time and gas money just for a price quote would have been nice. read more

I telephoned needing to see physician regarding fixing a botched aesthetic appnt. The young lady assured me they would get back after she spoke with the doctor. I telephoned again two days later. She again assured me they would get back. I never heard back. I will never do business with disloyal, disrespectful adults in a medical profession. The conversation with this young lady was detailed and she seemed sincere. I waited a week to hear back taking her word that she would definitely get back to me. This office never returned my call. I went to O'Niell plastic surgery to get lip filler done. I saw Dr. Char, she was very nice and it was a pleasant experience. After the two week healing period I noticed my lips were a little uneven. This was bothersome to me so I called them up in hopes it would be a easy fix. Dr. Char got me right in and added a little filler the the smaller side at no additional charge to me. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING GOING HERE*** (long but worth it) I went in on 6/5/17 for simple Botox injections in my eye area. I was injected by Meghan Biggers and left the office expecting the results I normally get from Botox. (I have been getting injections for several years elsewhere before moving here). When I woke up the next morning I knew right away something had gone wrong. I had a deep trough-like groove running from the inner corner of my left eye down toward my cheek and my right eye had some sagginess/drooping under it. As the week went on, I experienced intense eye pain/pressure in both eyes, watery eyes and hooding of my upper lids. Every day that I woke up brought a new horror show from my mirror. My eye area looked so awful, my co-workers were asking what happened to my face. By Thursday, the pain and pressure were extreme and the results thus far so awful, I called the office and made an appointment to come back the following Monday. Again, Meghan injected my eye area in a "chemical brow lift" way that was supposed to lift my upper lids a little to help with the hooding and did more undereye injections to try and help the major issues there. The next morning, I awoke to a big puffy eyebag situation under my left eye and still the same saggy/drooping under the right one. It got worse as the days went on. My face is a nightmare. It has caused me so much anxiety and depression. My eyelids don't want to stay open during the day and they don't close all the way at night, so sleeping is very difficult. After almost two weeks of looking like a monster and being in pain in my eyes, I called the office on Saturday and was able to meet with Dr. O'Neill that day. We discussed different options to help make my eye area look less horrible and agreed I'd come back Monday after he mulled over options as to what would work best, and promised he'd do what it took to fix this if it was feasible. On Monday I went in to meet with him and after me saying "waiting for it to wear off in 3-5 months was NOT an option" he injected my undereye area with Restylane to try and even out the skin and make it less obvious that it was a mess. He is very patient and professional. He also recommended eye drops which did help alleviate some of the tearing. The Restylane really did not do anything for me and feels like an inner tube under my skin (I'm hoping it will dissipate as time goes on, it feels like it has gone down slightly). It also made the outer corners of my eyes turn up a little, maybe from the injectable puffing up the area below it. Overall, this was the most horrible experience I've had in a physician's office. Meghan Biggers is NOT qualified to inject anyone with anything. It blows my mind that someone is working in that practice that gives this kind of result. The way my face looks has caused me anxiety, pain, and depression. I do not want to be seen in public and the thought of having to wait for it to wear off in several months is horrifying and depressing to me. While Dr. O'Neill was very patient and kind to me, I can't bring myself to go back to the office again. It's too big of a gamble and apparently, I am stuck looking like a monster for several months. Don't let this happen to you. I learned the hard way. *** Edited to add: on top of everything else, it turns out my zygomaticus muscle was affected by the improper injections and has grossly affected my smile. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. DO NOT GO HERE---it is sooooooo not worth ruining your face over. Even though Botox is temporary, having to go 3-5 months with this kind of after-effect is very depressing read more

Went for facial package. They were good facials but it was suppose to be medical grade chemical peel. I have had many over the years both spa level and medical grade. Not sure I would go back. I recently lost a lot of weight, so much weight that I had to have extra sagging skin removed. Unfortunately, it would not have helped me to just have the skin removed because I had been so overweight that my stomach muscles had stretched as if I had been pregnant. Dr. O'Neill offered his unbiased opinions and even though I was hesitant, I decided to get what they call in the plastic surgeon industry, a "Mommy Make-Over". Basically the procedure involved removal of the sagging skin and tightening of the core muscles. The procedure also included a breast lift (which, ladies, if you ever get the chance - DO IT. It will change your life!). O'Neill specializes in breast implants but he was a very professional doctor and basically perfected my body. I am still overweight but I plan on losing the rest of the weight this year. He has an awesome, incomparable bedside manner and scheduled several appointments with me after surgery to make sure I was healing correctly. He is extremely professional and knows what he's doing - he even threw in some liposuction around my hips and upper thighs for FREE. He takes Care Credit, which is also a plus for our family and the nurses and rest of the staff are also quite professional as well. If I have future needs, I will not hesitate to go back and see him for those needs. If you are considering plastic surgery, O'Neill is definitely the man to see. *Most procedures will not be covered by insurance but if there is a medical NEED to have some work done, then insurance will be run through. For example, a friend of my mom's had breasts that were too large for her small stature and causing back problems, so her insurance covered most of the surgery. read more

I am stunned at a very negative review I just read. My experience is quite the opposite. I was treated by Dr. O'Neill yesterday and found him to be professional, caring, thorough, and highly skilled. As we consider aesthetic procedures, we know there is the possibility of unsatisfactory results (minimally, bruising, and other more serious consequences), even in the hands of an experienced, skilled practitioner. I am sorry for the more serious consequences suffered by the earlier reviewer; however, I believe that result to be highly unusual. I experienced some bruising following my procedure, but was fully informed of that likelihood. I am very pleased with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. O'Neill. read more
