Parts plus rate per hour equals the bill. They don't sweet-talk you, patronize you, upsell or try to get you to buy things you don't need. They've never told me that they don't have enough hands to get me in but they also never take more than a day or two. For one issue I had, she told me, "well I know replacing the whole system would solve the issue but that's too expensive. We're not going to do that. We need to find the problem." I also had a nail in my tire but she said she wasn't going to bill me to plug the hole because she remembered I told her I had a minor issue from the last time I came in. They operate old school where taking care of customers is the best way to get and keep customers.

I had a frustrating experience with theTire Store Service Center on 155 in Palestine. On Friday, I…read morecalled ahead to ask if they could install two new tires and perform a four-wheel alignment. I was told they could do both, so I drove about 35 miles from Crockett. When I arrived, I was informed they could install the tires but could not do the alignment. I assumed something unexpected had happened, so I had the tires installed only, without getting the alignment. Before leaving, I specifically asked if I came back on Saturday whether they would be able to do the alignment. I was assured that they could. The next day, I drove another 35 miles back to Palestine, only to be told once again that they could not perform the alignment because no technician was available. That's two round trips and well over an hour and a half of driving based on information that turned out to be incorrect. The price on the tires was good, and I appreciate that. However, repeatedly being told a service was available when it wasn't wasted a significant amount of my time and fuel. Whether it was poor communication or poor scheduling, customers deserve accurate information before making the trip. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

The city really needs to put up more warning signs in the road to notify people of large dips in the street. Our pockets were a bit empty when we left, but not as empty as they could have been.
