While staying in Palm Springs my daughter was craving for something. We were happy to see that there was a local Ralph's supermarket nearly that close at 1am. We stopped by to get some drinks, snacks and salami. Very clean and organized supermarket with plenty of self checkouts. Definitely recommend!! read more

Kudos to Joe and Justin in Meat Dept.! Called to see if certain cut of meat was in stock after calling multiple other stores and markets. And yes, hit the jackpot! I work for Uber.. I have to go into this store and pick "sushi" for a customer.. The order is never there and most of the time the customer has to either choose to cancel their order or substitute for something else.. Don't go to this store for sushi read more

I shop at two Ralph's grocery stores, on Carmel Mountain Drive in Rancho Bernardo and at 4-S Ranch. Both provide an excellent inventory and both have helpful, friendly staff, in my experience. Different chains have fine quantities for our needs, but, if I was restricted to only one choice, it would be Ralph's. The produce is superb and they have some sizes and brands which we want for a family of two. Parking is never a problem and shopping carts are always at hand. read more

This Ralph's, although smaller than the Smoke Tree location, stocks items I like, and has a good produce section. It is open 6 am to 1 am, so basically open anytime I need groceries. Prices are reasonable, and their special offers pop up when I check out. The staff is friendly and feels more like a local market than a chain. read more

Between the lack of adequate staffing and unreliability of the self-checkout machines, this morning's visit to the Sunrise Ralph's was frustrating and disappointing. After the AI running the checkout terminal incorrectly thought I had not scanned all of my purchases, the process froze until an attendant could be summoned. It took nearly 5 minutes, with no human cashiers available and only one customer service clerk anywhere to be found. When someone did finally show up, she was completely silent, with no acknowledgement of or apology for the inconvenience of the delay or of the machine's mistake. Ralph's: your prices are high enough that you should be able to afford better staffing...and a few customer service classes might help, too. Fortunately, I have other options for shopping. read more

I love shopping at Ralphs. The people are friendly and kind and I know the layout of the store. As of late they seem to have a fetish with putting displays and more products in the aisles everywhere. It's like moving through a maze of people and product. This grocery store and the one on Palm canyon are no longer a pleasure to shop at. The store on sunrise used to be big and spacious but they've taken up every square inch of floor space with displays. It drives my stress level through the roof dodging people and product. read more

I purchased an item here that I was told wasn't returnable by first a cashier, then a person by the name of Nilsa at customer service. It was a honest mistake of the brand choice of the item. I was told that items as such as the one I presented wasn't returnable in the state of California. This may have been true, however after doing some research I found out that it was actually mostly at the arbitrary discretion of the retailer...The item was resell-able & not damaged in anyway. I expressed an honest mistake of the brand not being the correct one, & I still wasn't given any discretionary decision. The item was only about $15 & some change but I feel it's a matter of principle to offering exemplified service to the customer rather the strict squeezing of abiding by mandated policies negating the humanity by the customer. This experience honestly will make a Stator Bros, or Vons shopper out of me from now on! Ralphs on Sunrise way shame on you! read more

Rude, rude, rude, rude and seemingly VERY unhappy employees. I'm just always taken aback by how overtly rude they are here. I used to just avoid this place. But since Rite Aid closed, this is my new "temporary" pharmacy store. The ONLY bright spot here, is that the pharmacy has improved with the addition of the Rite Aid employees that they brought over. Hope they can keep up their good attitudes and friendly service. read more

Wow! What a joke of an establishment. They sell eggs for $12 and claim it's because of the aviation flu, when the Trader Joe's 7 min down the street sells them for $3. That's not even the worst part- I selected some cheese cubes for my holiday charcuterie board and noticed they were covered in mold. I brought this to the deli attendees attention and let him know that he should probably dispose of the cheese before someone buys it. To my shock, he examined the cheese, clearly moldy, and tells me that he "doesn't see an issue as the cheese expires in March of 2025." Are you kidding me? What kind of establishment is this? They feel comfortable selling moldy cheese to people? If you are interested in consuming biohazards, this is the place for you. If you care about the quality of product i suggest finding a different grocery store read more

I live to the Ralphs market in smoke tree. I only go there when I need a few things,because they are not friendly or helpful. I shop at the Ralphs on Sunrise Way. They are always friendly and helpful. They always greet you and thank you for coming. They will even walk you over to an item. The manager Nader is great. And a shout out to these employees. Bad customer service and false pricing. Saw a beverage priced $2.49 in the main aisle, not hiding on a shelf in the back corner. Matt would not honor the price cause the sale expired yesterday. Staff should be taking down expired flyers, not customers. Felt unvalued as a customer. read more
