So I called Sal's brother Joe, who fitted me in, who did not have an opening that day and still fit me into the first appointment of the day. Joe did a Fantabulous job. I am very particular about my hair. I have gone to many barbers in my past, but Keith and Joe are absolutely positively two of the best barbers I've ever had. Sal's Barbershop makes you feel at home. They have a very diverse environment, cut all hair textures and they all are very fine barbers in this barbershop. Their prices are competitive, and they will not disappoint. I met Sal personally one afternoon. He's a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor and owns many barbershops. That should tell you something about Sal. He must know what he's doing! Thank you Sal's Barbershop, thank you Keith and thank you Joe! You guys truly are the Best of the very Best!!! Your client, Rob Laurelli

A classic barbershop that will give you one of the best haircuts of your life…read more I honestly didn't think places like this existed anymore - an old school barbershop. Who knew I would find one tucked away in Blue Bell? Pat's is that place romanticized by your father/grandfather, a place where a man could get an excellent inexpensive ($16 in this case, cash only, no credit cards) haircut. Pat himself is very gregarious and friendly, more than willing to show you his extensive Phillies collection or comment on baseball, all in a thick Italian accent. Be sure to ask him about hanging out the Phillies players in the late 1970's - the man has plenty of stories, and if he's not busy you can chat with him for hours. But what about the actual haircut? As I indicated before, Pat provides his customers with an expertly cut hair and is willing to accommodate your individual style. I was in and out of the chair in twenty minutes (but of course hanged around to talk baseball). I went during the week after 4:30pm, and there was no wait. If you're a man in need of a good haircut, or just want to talk sports for a while, Pat's is your only option. You owe it to yourself to come here and come here regularly.

I came to them as a kid when they had their shop on Skippack Pike and Dekalb Pike. Then when they tore that shopping center down to build the current one, it took Mike's some time to find another place. It's a little harder to find but they have small-ish signs out front. Mike and his Dad, Mike Sr., have both been cutting my hair for so long. They always listen to what you want and do a great cut. They are big Philly sports fans so if you start by talking about one of the teams it will turn into a great conversation. Can't say enough good things about this family business.
