Setting up my appointment was easy and convenient on the website, the barbers were friendly, plenty of chairs to wait in, not long of a wait, and my barber Mikey was awesome! I can also say that I've never been disappointed. For a price that rivals the chain places you find in a mini-mall you get a great cut from employees you know. Employee retention says something about a business. I don't think I've ever seen the same stylist twice at Supercuts. Great with kids too. Actually pretty amazing. My kid is crazy hyper. I took him to sport clips and he was running all over the place. The stylist was chasing him with scissors. However at the fad factory it's different. I scheduled an appointment with Colin and on my first visit he thought that my current hairstyle was appropriate, and suggested I see what he could do with it. Needless to say, I was impressed. This was easily one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten, the beard grooming I had for the appointment was excellent as well. I've had 2 visits now with Colin, and the second cut was just as good as the first. In addition to the excellent work that Colin has done, I absolutely love the atmosphere of the shop. My late grandfather was a barber and the vintage chairs and other equipment brought back memories of those he held on to and passed down to my mother from the shop he opened in the late 1940s.
