Ralph's offers very comprehensive automobile diagnoses and services. He has been able to handle any problem I have presented to him thus far and is extremely personable and is very fair and reasonable. He appears to be absolutely honest, tells it like it is and positively does not gouge customers. I personally have never heard one word against him or his business. If Ralph can't handle your problem, he will be the first to admit it. I trust him and his work and tell that to my friends and family. I find the negative reviews almost unbelievable. I'm sure that the whole story is not being told. Ralph's is one of few good places around to have your car serviced. read more

This place is shady and I recommend taking your vehicle any where else. Stolen money from vehicle by the alignment guy TIM. Did nothing to resolve the issue and told me I mis placed it. Wrong!! Money was in the wallet upon arrival. Leaving, noticed money was missing. Claimed he did t see a wallet then admitted to moving it off the seat. Stumbling over their own stories. NOT TRUST WORTHY PEOPLE! NEGATIVE 5 stars. read more

They hold that right as business owners, which I understand completely. One of their staff members was not aware of this and it was not until after a $120 diagnostic that I was notified they don't accept payments from insurance/warranty companies. wow, what can I say? We took a 2000 Audi there several times in 2011, after a personal recommendation. Not only did they not fix the problems, it took them 3 weeks to return the car. Even the owner drove the car and accepted payment over the phone with the engine smoking and pulling hard to one side. They even replaced a radiator without asking our permission. It didn't even fix our issue. To add further insult, the entire gas tank was used and the check in/out mileage on the ticket was identical. Run, do not walk from this place.
