His bedside manner is atrocious and his medical skills even more questionable. The nurse literally came in and gave my son a vaccination he's already had at the doctor's orders. I was furious. When I pointed it out to the Doctor, I got a half ass apology and that's it. Inexcusable! This doctor needs to be fired and I'm pretty sure he's the worst doctor we have ever seen. They are spread around the metro area so you shouldn't have to go too far. We have used this location a few times in the past but it has been a while. There is no appointment needed but they also include the ability to sign up online to hold your place in the walk-in line. It also shows you how long the estimated wait time is. When you arrive you need to sign in at the counter or by using the kiosk nearby. Then you have a seat and check the electronic screen showing your place in line. I have never experienced longer wait times than they originally estimated. I have used the online system but mostly I just show up. The staff, including the doctors and nurses, are all professional, polite, and very competent in my experience; they quickly discuss your issue and get to the cause and solutions.
