If you ever want to meet a skeptic it's me. After watching a video on Gonstead method I decided to research it. For years (30 to be exact) I've been going to 2 doctors, a chiropractor and a atlas orthogonist. Finding only 4 listed Gonstead doctors I sent an inquiry, the Dr. Himself responded-WOW-impressive, but this is a serious decision because the wrong doctor can cauuse a migraine. I went in, was shocked at my x rays and what was happening to my spine-NO WONDER I WAS IN SO MUCH pain. Now my first adjustment, I was still skeptical but waking up to serious pain made me have to try. I only allowed him 2 areas to adjust and he took care of the pain I was waking up with (My entire left side) was gone the next day. Not bad, so by the 3rd visit I let him do my Atlas, amazing, the other doctor had been doing it wrong all this time. I'm still going due to the extensive nature of my spine but I can tie my shoe, I haven't had a migraine and my left side is much better. The worst part of my visit is having to inform my old chiropractor that he just wasn't doing it for me. I definately recommend Dr. Lemongello, there is never a waiting line, not that there should be, once your better why continually come back. In April of 2016, I threw out my neck and had pain down my shoulder into my arm. I was unable to really move my left arm and my neck hurt so bad! I saw Dr. Ralph for the first time on a Friday and he was able to help me so much. I saw him three times the following week and by the following Friday I was back to my normal self, which was pretty good because he said it was an acute issue. I have continued going pretty much on a monthly basis because when my spine is in alignment, I do not need to take things like Advil and Tylenol for headaches which I had many of (probably because my back was messed up). I also had problems with my right hip hurting and with adjustments the pain has gone away. I have also brought my daughters there. He has helped them with various back and neck issues also. The office is nice and the staff is great to deal with. The thing that I liked was that I wasn't roped into going continuously, which was the case for me many many years ago. He said if I needed to come in, then just make an appointment. Believe me, I have called in many times (sometimes short notice too - sorry Jeff) for either myself or my girls and he always fit us into the schedule. I started having lower back pain after having my second child because I was continually bending forward and carrying her around. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Lemongello. First and foremost, he is a miracle worker!! I was dealing with vision issues like double vision for over a year. Not only was this annoying for a young healthy new mother, it was straight up dangerous when the episodes occur while I was driving. Visit after visits to specialists, blood tests, mri's etc, not one doctor was able to tell me anything. I figured I had nothing to loose by visiting a chiropractor. I stumbled across his name from my insurances website so I called and they took me in the next day. Upon my first consultation, Dr. Lemongello was able to identify the problem. After my very first visit I immediately felt better. After a couple of days, I was symptom free!! He really makes you feel comfortable, they are flexible with scheduling appointments and care about making you feel better, unlike some others in the area that just care about administering pointless tests so they can waste your time and bill your insurance. I've always been amazed at the distances people will travel to be treated by Dr. Lemongello. South Jersey, Chicago. Canada. There's apparently no distance people will not travel when it comes to receiving relief from back pain. I've been receiving treatment from Dr. Ralph for more than twenty years and have always experienced thoughtful, expert and considerate care. Some Chiropractors will try to treat more than one hundred patients in a day while Dr. Ralph always takes the time to make sure your treatment is comprehensive and effective. Dr. Lemongello is the best!! Before I went to see him, I was in such tremendous pain from throwing my neck out. For three days I tried everything possible to get my neck back to normal. When my boyfriend (who sees Dr. Lemongello on a regular basis) suggested I go to him, I was skeptical. My only wish is that I went to see him sooner! As soon as he adjusted me I felt so much relief. Went to Dr. Ralph as a last resort to get relief from lower back and neck pain. I was also suffering from painful headaches at the back of my head. I tried everything from seeing a spinal surgeon, pain management, physical therapy and acupuncture and nothing worked. After my first visit and treatment with Dr. Ralph, my lower back and neck pain were at least 90% improved and my head aches have gone away.
