This office was wonderful and from her initial consultation to her follow up Dr. Jamison's office was wonderful. The staff was all very nice and helped to calm both a nervous 7 year old and an anxious dad and while I don't remember everyone's names I do want to give thanks to Cindy. She was extremely nice and really helped my little one feel comfortable. The day of surgery went well and Dr. Jamsion even called that evening to check on her healing. Very nice and even though they're not currently in my insurance network I would absolutely consider them again.

I've contacted her over 20 times and left many voicemail messages over the period of 2.5 months and the issue still is not resolved. They have not returned my call at all. Terrible billing and communication practices, also no follow through on correcting their billing errors by submitting a claim using the correct billing code. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose this sick place as your medical provider!!!

As a patient, I was more than pleased with the high level of service. The entire practice -- every one there -- was courteous and efficient. I was able to quickly get an appointment and, once I arrived, I did not have to wait long.... refreshing! I was even more pleased with the level of care given by Dr. (Eugene) Sangmuah. He listened (that's important!) to my concerns and provided help accordingly. The office was able to provide an Xray on-site (very helpful and appreciated). Dr. Sangmuah called soon after the appt. with recommendations. I will not only be back, but my entire family will follow me there. Excellent!!

Dr Shamly Dhiman performed surgery on my daughter's face for a basal cell carcinoma. We were not…read moreable to use a dermatologist because my daughter is mentally handicapped and needed to be put under for the procedure. The dermatologist said that I would need a general surgeon to do surgery and referred us to Surgical Specialists of Charlotte. I would not recommend Dr. Dhiman for surgery on the face. The area that was removed was under her right eye. Dr. Dhiman only used 4 surface level stitches to close the incision. There were no stitches used that dissolved in order to keep the incision from coming apart. When the stitches were removed a week after the surgery, the incision completely opened up leaving an ugly hole in her face. The after care instructions were not correct for surgery on the face. She told me just to use iodine and keep it dry. The dermatologist told me to use Vaseline to keep it moist. The iodine burned so badly because it was an open wound. I was only able to use it once. I'm not sure why her instructions were completely different from what information that I was told by others who had had the same surgery and by the dermatologist. There was no follow up appointment even though the incision opened up. I asked if they wanted me to bring her in and they said it wasn't necessary. Her primary care physician is the one who removed the stitches due to the bad weather when it snowed. We couldn't get to the office due to the weather and the weekend. We didn't want to wait until the next week because the longer the stitches stay in the face the more scarring there can be. As of now, the scar on her face is very obvious. The dermatologist said that she would most likely need plastic surgery in order to smooth it out. Given that she would have to be put under for that, we won't be having that done. Dr. Dhiman was a nice lady and she was very kind at the pre op appointments. I just would not recommend her for this type of surgery. Also, while she was under anesthesia, they drew blood to run some tests on her. Whoever did the blood draw, stuck her arm and hand five times and left her arm badly bruised. That took about weeks before the pain in her arm was better. I know that it wasn't a problem with her veins because I saw them put the IV in her other arm with no issues before the surgery.

I have yet to have a phone call from this establishment and I have called the surgery scheduler who comes up with excuses why she can't get me on the schedule. She's busy she's rearranging the Dr. schedule, she's overbooked and having to rework everything. It does not take three months to schedule somebody. Maybe they need a new scheduler??

Both times I've visited, the dental assistants couldn't have been friendlier. These ladies didn't condescend to my less-than-stellar brushing habits. They both had 20+ years experience in that office. On my latest visit, one of them checked my insurance coverage to see what exams I could get. Dr. Patel is young-ish and very friendly as well. I was in and out within on hour both times, always a plus. I don't like getting my teeth scraped more than anyone else, but this dentist's office will give you something to smile about! They won't handle basic tasks, don't understand key drug interactions, and seem more focused on billing than patient care. The practice has reportedly faced a Medicare investigation for unethical charges--hard to argue against when they nickel-and-dime you at every turn. If you need a prescription refill you must make an office visit even if you were just seen. High turnover: I've lost count of how many front-office and clinical staff I've met--there's almost a new face every visit. That constant shuffle makes it hard to build trust or continuity of care. Refusal to support medication appeals. Even though they're the prescribing provider, they insist a heart specialist must submit appeals--and then fail to pull your records from other doctors or hospitals, leaving you stuck without help. Can't access your records. They're unable (or unwilling) to pull records from other doctors or hospitals--you end up showing them your test results on your phone because they either lack the connectivity or fail to integrate received reports

That left me unsightly because the retainer my dentist gave me was not acceptable to the periodontist. Had another one done ..still no good so the periodontist made a temporary. Well long story short and a few months later I sit here hoping a bridge is a viable alternative. We shall see.... Dr Miller was a very professional clinician. He assessed my mouth thoroughly and gave me options he thought I should consider. There was no pressure to make a decision. I appreciated his demeanor, professionalism, and candor. An hour later I left with news I didn't want to hear including the cost of what it would take to get back to normal. I have some decisions to make but I know whatever I do I will likely see Dr Miller. I recommend this business and Dr. Miller.
