For the past year, my wife and I have been thinking about refinancing our house to get some…read morenecessary things done. We spoke to several banks, but it was always the same thing with them, they were trying to sell us something we were not looking for. Then one evening we found Sun Mortgage Company and read all the reviews. The next morning, we called Sun Mortgage Company and spoke to Don Rizzo. We told Don what we were looking for and he explained how the process works. After filling out the online application, we were all set to move forward. I was expecting a similar process to what the banks would have put us through but WOW, I was wrong! Before reaching out to Sun Mortgage Company we had attempted to go through our previous lender and other financial institutions, but they made it impossible. We were always talking to a different representitive each time and had to start over due to lack of information they had on their end, which meant starting the process over. This was fustrating!! Don Rizzo made this process quick, easy and painless. In just a short amount of time after supplying him with some of the documents he had requested, he found us the perfect loan and excellent rate to refinance our home. Once we had agreed on the loan and rate, Don was even able to get us in touch with a local law firm to handle the closing. This was one of the best loan experiences we have been through. We will be using Don Rizzo from Sun Mortgage Company again in the future. Thank you again Don.

Since the…read moremarket is so difficult in this area, we had gotten serious about a few homes over the course of about six months that Danny priced out for us, always willing to discuss the details and nuances of any particular property, and various mortgage options. It took us a little while but Danny and his team were responsive the entire time. At the end of all of it, Danny's original estimates were right about 2.5% off from the final monthly payment, the majority of which is accounted for by a misunderstanding of reported taxes, and the closing cost estimates were right on target. Closing had no issues, and Danny ensured his end of the communications between our agent and attorney were prompt. With all of that time on the phone, you start to get to know someone a little bit too. I got that feeling that Danny is an honest business partner and someone that I would return to for any future needs he may be able to help us with.

With a bun in the oven - timing, proximity to family and budget were of the utmost priority to my husband and I. We initiated our home search casually and had seen quite a few homes before  connecting with Ann Marie. Feeling a bit frustrated, I contacted her based on a glowing recommendation from a close friend. What a world of difference, upon meeting with her in the first 5 minutes, we knew we had made the right decision. As first time homebuyers, we were feeling a bit lost - she explained everything clearly and gave us easy to read materials to refer to, and always made herself available. After two weekends out- we found a home that was absolutely perfect for us. What was even better - we didn't miss out on it! She gave us great advice about when to engage our team, and what was a reasonable offer, within our budget- and we had an accepted offer within hours. She always attended to my questions promptly, personably & professionally. Everything ran smoothly and we were able to close earlier than expected. We're loving our new home & couldn't be happier!
