I'm not sure what happened to Rally's, they used to make my favorite burger, but those were the 2 worst burgers I've ever had. They honestly tasted like they came out of the trash can, yesterday. The color was instantly head-scratching, it was nearly grey. The color matched the flavor palette; the patties tasted like they were boiled and then steamed to a point where they tasted like wet soft mystery meat that almost had the pate texture of wet dog food. The bread was dry. It was overloaded with huge onion chunks and mustard, maybe in attempt to covered meat stench of flavor smashed into the buns. I threw them away. I couldn't stomach it. I am honestly very turned off and a bit horrified not to sound dramatic. It gave me gross surreal cartoon fast food burger vibes and I can't see myself eating here anytime in the near future, or possibly ever again. I can't even confidently say I ate beef burgers. These burgers were so bad, they have honestly made we want to drastically change my diet and avoid fast food entirely. Came here for a late lunch. We ordered the kids cheeseburger with fries and a lemonade, the big Buford, and the crispy chicken bacon clucker. The food was definitely smaller irl than all the professionally taken photos make it all look. And the flavor was just meh, nothing spectacular. The girl work the register was nice. Have to give it a star for the rating, otherwise, I wouldn't have given it a star at all. We went there last night to the one in Pahrump where we live. They advertised something my daughter and I wanted to try to be told they didn't have it yet so what's the point in advertising something that you plan to advertise with saying "coming soon" on it or just not advertising it until you have all the stuff for it. I believe one of the managers checked to see if they had all of it (as he was wearing a different shirt) and said we don't have everything and didn't offer when it would be available to order. I gave the cashier my phone number for points to be told "we're not on the app" yet, but they advertise if you sign up (if you're not a member already) you can buy one get one free with the app. We ordered food and wasn't asked if it was for here or to go, didn't get napkins (had to ask for them), didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with our food (needed ketchup for our fries and had to ask for it), and I ordered a large soda with my meal and was handed a regular size drink by the cashier who took my order and I had to tell the cashier that it was a large. He apologized but you took my order less than a minute ago and got it wrong when you're standing there by the register and could have looked to see what size the drink was. Overall, just not a pleasant experience for either of us. We love our fries, but these fries weren't crispy or crunchy like we like them and we threw our fries away. Between the two meal combos, not even half an order of fries was eaten. Cashier never asked any of the customers if it was for here or to go as there were like three other customers who either ate inside at tables or outside on their truck bumper. Just not an overall good experience with them. We've had Rally's before in Las Vegas and didn't have a good experience there either, but figured since they were coming to Pahrump we'd give it another try really hoping it would be a better experience. It wasn't a better experience at all other than we were able to eat inside instead of outside like the first one we ate at. This morning my daughter's stomach was upset and she said, "I think Rally's upset my stomach. Let's NEVER go there again." I agree. Unfortunately, with the overall bad experiences we received, the poor service at this location, the misadvertisement, and just overall lack of crispiness on the fries (and yes we've given Rally's a second chance at two different locations) you've lost customers for life. Just not happy at all with anything from this company. As my daughter said, "I would rather get the frozen fries from the grocery and get crispier fries at home than eat these from the restaurant." Hadn't been to a Rally's in so long, and seeing this one being built and so close I decided to stop by the drive thru and give them a shot. The line was short when I went, so I was helped quickly. I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and XL fries. Everything was fresh out of the fryer. The mozzarella sticks were good, I prefer when the breading isn't too thick and these ones are just right. My fries were perfectly crispy and enjoyed as a little snack for the whole family. They also have a walk up window if you're on foot which I thought was cool. Newer location, building is well put together. Clean, visible menu outside from the cashier. There are coupons online as well as in house deals like 2 for $6. Food is great, we haven't had Rally's for the longest time. This was definitely a treat for us. The cute little painted Rally's building was a good idea for this area because there is nothing else around that serves hot and fresh food. The fries, burgers and apple pies here are absolutely addicting and always hot and fresh. Could not have my favorite a banana milkshake because machine was broken but that's ok sweet tea was my next go to. The employees were very friendly and informative on menu options and made sure my order was accurate and prepared quickly. Only downside of this location is the fact when it is busy hard to get in and out of parking lot. It is located next to a Dutch bros and more thought into planning should have been done. This order took me 30 minutes from the time I tried to pull into parking lot because of the Dutch bros cars in the way, hard to get to drive thru. I would definitely return because I love the food but will prepare for the wait during busy times at both locations. It is also hard for larger vehicles like my truck to go through drive thru poor planning on the landscaping because there is more than enough room to enlarge it but they spent more money on rocks and curbing. read more

I placed an order through the app, but my rewards were not applied as they should have been. I called the store seconds after placing the order to get it corrected. The employee who answered was unhelpful and rude. She said she could not apply the reward, did not know the app's customer service number, and initially told me the order could not be canceled because it had already been made -- even though I had just placed it. She then said she would cancel the order but claimed she could not refund my credit card. When I asked how I was supposed to get refunded for food I never received, she told me, "I don't know... call your bank and cancel it, mami." When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she was the manager. Because of an app issue and extremely poor customer service, I received no food and no refund. This was my first time eating at this place and I won't go back. I ordered ahead for pick up and got there at the pick up time. There were 2 lines one for order a head one for regular drive through. I went in the wrong line by accident. I sat behind a car in that line for about 15 minutes and at the window for another five before the worker asked me to pull around and get in the other line. He stated they had just been busy so they are catching up. I waited behind 2 cars in the second line for at least 30 minutes. When it was my turn at the window nobody asked what my order was for close to ten minutes then my food came out almost right away... super cold... and the fries and strawberry cheesecake bites tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the fish. I couldn't even eat all the food and I had to throw it out. On top of that I asked for ranch and still had to pay 85 cents instead of giving it to me for having to wait. I haven't had Rally's in 20+ years. Back in the day, I really enjoyed the Big Bufford so I was excited to try this location. The building was very nice and the employees were extremely friendly. My biggest problem was with the AI drive-thru ordering, sorry, not for me. Plus, it got my order wrong. I didn't see a display with my order nor did the AI read my order back and let me make corrections if needed. I did not realize my order was incorrect until pulling forward and interacting with an actual person. I just left it as it was and I'm glad I did. The beef was not as high quality tasting as some other fast food restaurants, so I'm glad I didn't get even more as I had originally tried to order. Delicious! The first time I had the dbl fish sandwich and garlic cheese fries. The fish was crisp and fresh and delicious. The fries were good but a bit salty. I guess because each item was seasoned ( the fries, cheese and garlic sprinkles) . It comes with bacon but I got it without. The second time I went, I just got a single fish sandwich with cheese and a fry. They forgot to put the cheese on( bummer) but it was still good and the fries were delicious.
