Upon walking in they were already several people eating and there were many employees in the kitchen. I placed my order at the kiosk at 0934AM but didn't receive my food until 0952AM, which was extremely disappointing as I had no idea it would take so long. What was extra frustrating was the fact that multiple people came in after me and placed orders and were served prior to I was, which I didn't understand - however I assumed perhaps they had placed online orders before me? Additionally, I was perplexed as multiple employees would come out from behind the counter and pose with customers in front of the advertisement displays taking photos - at a single given time there were three employees posing with customers which I found very strange. At a certain point it looked like a female employee was about to assemble my order because I saw a blue drink, however she walked away from the drink and tray to take another photo and then proceeded to take cashier orders at the counter. I approached the counter and the manager noticed me from the kitchen, he was dressed differently from the rest of the staff - I asked him what the turnaround time normally was because I had never been there and he sort of paused and said, "We weren't ready this morning, we needed fries", and I told him that was fine because I had never been there before so I was wondering what the normal turnaround time was so I could plan better (I was going to miss the morning showing of Mortal Kombat 2 due to the wait) but he didn't give me a time saying, "It can be ten minutes but it can be longer". He walked away after that and I sat down and continued to wait until eventually my order was ready and he flagged me over to the counter. Everyone was pleasant enough - however, they didn't seem very concerned with preparing the food, as they were more concerned with photos with customers... That being said, the food actually was quite tasty so I can't quite give it a one-star because I would have the food at another location. At the end of the day, there's a story to tell my Free Company! At least I can eat chicken in the game without having to wait for someone to care to prepare my food!

I ordered their box combo, which included 4 pcs of chicken, fries, Texas toast, and a thing of coleslaw, with my drink of choice being lemonade. I think I got here at the right time, because while I was waiting for my order, more people were coming in and a line was beginning to form.
