This was my first time trying Zaxby's, so I stopped by the North Las Vegas location for a quick lunch. There are only two other locations in Las Vegas. It was pretty easy to get to as well from the 95/Craig exit. Panda Express is right next to Zaxby's and there is plenty of parking. They're known for chicken tenders, sandwiches, wings, fries, sauces, and plenty of quick bite options. Looking over their menu, there was so much to choose from! There is also plenty of table seating available inside the restaurant. I ended up getting the fried chicken sandwich with fries, and that sandwich was definitely the best part of the meal! Service was fast. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes for the meal! The chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, and really delicious. The fries were good too. There was some Zaxby sauces and ketchup to dip the fries into. I also tried the cheddar bites and the fried cheesecake bites. Those were just okay for me, but still fun to try! The banana milkshake was good though, and I'm glad I added it. Service was fantastic and the food was good. It would be great if another Zaxby's location opened up in Northwest Las Vegas near Centennial or Skye Canyon! Next time, I'd like to try out their traditional or boneless wings! read more

This North Las Vegas Location on Craig Road across from The Cannery has limited parking. Inside are two small dining areas. You order at the counter or online and pay. They run your order out to you when it's ready. Here the cashier even checked on us after we received our order. We ordered a variety of things. We tried cheddar bites, a grilled Asian Zensation Salad, and the Signature Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries also some of the sauces. I thought the cheddar bites were tasty but didn't seem like cheddar cheese to me. They were stretchy and something like pizza cheese. The fries were hot and fresh and good. The Signature Fried Chicken Sandwich is going to win any prizes for its looks but really was good. It was a good amount of tasty juicy fried chicken with good flavors. The Grilled Asian Zensation Salad was very strange. If I came here for just the salad this would have to be 2-1 star. It was a pile of greens garnished with a vegetable egg roll, that was topped with strange textured grilled chicken that was topped with a BIG PILE of Cole slaw, that was ALSO TOPPED with the worst tasting sauce that they call Asian. AND this salad also comes with dressing so this awful Asian inspired sauce is not needed. Finally tried Zaxbys and it was really good . Their customer service is on point as well. The dining area was so clean and we were served so fast . The manager was asking how we were and if we needed anything to just ask. The chicken was cooked to perfection ton and I live there fries. Yelp Review 2025 #141: There was excitement over the opening of Zaxbys - a chain fast food joint popular in the South. I've never heard of Zaxbys before to be honest so, I had no clue to what to expect. I've heard mixed reviews from people from Georgia and people that have been. This location is tiny. It shares space with Sonic, Brake Masters and Panda Express. Not too far from here is Raising Cane's - the competition. Ignoring everyone's opinions including Yelp reviews, I finally tried this place. And honestly, I was not impressed - not because it's fast food but because I wasted my calories over something that wasn't good for a cheat meal. I even did my research to see what I should get. I'm not getting a salad at a fast food place. I don't feel like eating chicken wings. Went to the drive thru with my mind made up. Big Zax Snack Meal: 3 hand-breaded chicken fingers with Zax sauce. Served with Texas toast, crinkle fries, and a drink. The fries were well-seasoned but they were cold. The Texas toast was cold and chewy. The chicken tenders were so tiny and I don't remember getting a kids meal! Not to mention salty. The Zax sauce was peppery and salty. 1/5 Zaxbys Spicy Signature Sandwich: Hand-breaded chicken fillet, dill pickle slices, and spicy Zax sauce on a toasted potato bun. Served with crinkle fries and drink. There was no spiciness whatsoever. It's a sad plain-looking sandwich. 2/5 We had to wait over 5 minutes at the tight parking spots reserved for curbside orders and drive-thru orders. You'd expect the food to be hot and fresh especially after waiting for food to be ready but nope! Food was cold! The place is so tiny that employees can only take their smoke break by the door and next to the drive thru. You're ordering food and all you could smell is cigarette smoke. We have been here twice- drive through once and ordering online for in-store pickup. Our first visit was fine, food came out very quick in the drive through. Chicken was hot and fresh. I got the 3 nibblers meal and my husband got the tenders plate. Second time we both ordered tender plates. Fries both times have been so over seasoned, for me they are inedible, my husband deals with it since we paid for it. Chicken is juicy and flavorful but so small, like children's size. I love the taste of the slaw, I just wish to-go it was put in some sort of separate container because the dressing drips into the fry and tender compartment which is gross and makes the food soggy. See photo attached. I do enjoy the nibblers, that meal is only $10 for three sliders and fries that can surely fill you up if you can deal with the saltiness of the fries. Overall I do like Zaxbys but it does need some improvements. The inside was clean but the staff did not have good attitudes. FINALLY I went to Zaxbys today! The service was PHENOMENAL! Those young folks were engaging, smiling and chatty and I loved it! Great job with them! It's nice to engage with the youth who actually talk and give eye contact. The food was solid. I got the Zax Pack, tenders, fries, toast and a drink. The chicken was really good! Tasted fresh and juicy. Great flavors. Fries were perfect. The toast was ok but I don't need to be eating bread anyway lol It's small but the location is nice and clean. Easy access in and out. Disappointing experience. I order from the drive through and the lid for my shake fell in my car and the lid wasn't sealed, I spend the next 10 mins clean shake from my driver side seat, wheel and floor mat. When it came to finally eating after the sticky experience, I was surprise to see the size of the chicken strips was child size. The chicken was over seasoned and dry. I decide to try zaxby's for the first time because of the long line and big crowd at the location. Maybe it was a fundraiser night. Should have checked Yelp reviews first. I literally heard about this place while watching a reality tv show featuring one of the owners sons (Gen Z NYC). Zaxbys is super underwhelming. I ordered the Zac pack which didn't confirm how many fingers to my knowledge (after asking what the difference was between this and the 4 finger meal and the young lady in the drive thru said one has coleslaw) The order was ready quick and the 3 chicken tenders were definitely hot but they lack flavor and I didn't finish them because there just weren't good overall in my opinion. I don't care for the seasoning salt over mushy fries. No crisp no crunch just a semi salty fry. The spicy Zac's sauce wasn't tasty either. The peach tea tastes like peach syrup overload. We definitely will be back and if I could have gave them a 10 ( I most definitely would have). Also, the customer service was outstanding. The fries were just ok, could have used some salt. The toast, which they claim to be Texas Toast, but it was very thin like Wonder bread. I did like both the Zax regular and spicy sauces. Lastly, the presentation and container they were in was a nice touch. However, it cold use some vent holes. By the time I got home everything was soggy.
