We ordered the Royal Flush Reuben, which was packed with tender corned beef, melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and creamy dressing on perfectly grilled rye bread. The Ben Sherman's Corned Beef & Pastrami was loaded with flavorful, juicy meat stacked high with amazing deli flavor in every bite. The Banksy Sandwich was another winner -- savory pastrami with rich toppings and perfectly toasted bread that all came together so well. Every sandwich came with their homemade crispy chips and honestly those chips were addicting. Fresh, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned. We loved every bite of our meal. The only downside was the service. The staff didn't seem very welcoming and the female cashier especially looked pretty grumpy. Still, the food itself was fantastic and definitely worth coming back for!

You can tell they're going for that classic deli style, and they deliver on taste. That said, the biggest downside is the price. For what you get, it feels a bit on the expensive side, but it is Vegas! The portions were and the quality of the ingredients is there, and everything comes with chips and a pickle which is a nice touch. Overall, I'd say it's worth trying if you're downtown and craving a good deli sandwich, just be ready to pay a little extra for it.

I've gone many more times than the pictures I have taken but I assure you, you won't be disappointed. This bar is far north in Nothing Town but they are building up the area and getting many more businesses. Inside is plenty of space with a bar center floor and tables all around. No assigned seating, just go in and find a spot. They have a couple pool tables and a juke box. This specific time I ordered nachos and cheese curds. So delicious! Chicken was extra to add but it was worth it! Will always come back to this place.

We also ended up sitting at the bar, which may have been part of the issue. Unfortunately, our experience with the bartender wasn't great. She stood in front of us without greeting us or offering menus, and when we asked for menus, the interaction still felt pretty unwelcoming. We ultimately decided not to order. The draft beer selection was also a bit underwhelming -- I was hoping to see at least a few local options on tap. On a positive note, the table server nearby seemed much more personable, so it might just depend on where you sit. We ended up going across the street to 76 and were immediately welcomed and given menus. I'm willing to give Scoundrels another try because the food options looked solid. Just hoping for a warmer first impression next time.

So I politely waited till he was done before giving him my order with my Free Regular Sub card. I asked, Did they have Avocado (Real Avocado)? Kam said, Yes Ma'am, I told him what type of sandwich I wanted. My Family Doctor recommended me to eat more fatty protein. I didn't want the bacon on my California Club. I did get everything else though. I decided to dine inside, I asked Kam could he wipe down my table and he had no problem with that. The floor wasn't sticky which is always a plus. He's very nice, friendly, and polite. FYI, ;the WiFi doesn't work...we have to use Cafe Rio next door's WIFI Smdh. Plus non of the guys know the Guest password for Jersey Mike's. Shame on the business owner, for not displaying the password while dining in the restaurant. Nor letting the employees that work out of the establishment have access to the password is diabolical. I haven't had Jersey Mike's since Texas, and I'd eaten there once in the almost 5 years of residing there. My sandwich today was PACKED with Turkey. This is how that Deli in Texas should've offered me. Kam really made this sandwich tasty. My onions, Banana Peppers, Provolone Cheese, Oregano, Light Salt & Pepper with my Avocado, Lettuce, Light Yellow Mustard, Mayo, and lastly Oil & Vinegar was very good. I gave him the BIGGEST Thank you for the services rendered to me.

Our Nevada Army National Guard group needed 30+ sandwiches prepared on the spot, and not only did Chris and Sam jump right on it, they handled it with professionalism, speed, and great attitudes the entire time. What really impressed me was that they continued to serve walk-in customers with the same level of great service, never missing a beat. They also were able to get us out the door in under 25 minutes! The order was fresh, accurate, and made with care. You could tell they genuinely take pride in what they do. If you're looking for a location that delivers excellent service even under pressure, this is the one. Big thanks again to Chris and Sam--y'all made our day. P.S. To include they did it mikes way which is the best way when ordering from Jersey Mikes as Chris stated Again Thank you so much Sam & Chris for your huge contribution to the team.

When I told the employee I was there to pick up my order, he called out my name. I hadn't checked the sandwiches before leaving because I trusted the order instructions would be followed. One sandwich was supposed to be a regular Italian. The other was an Italian with no tomatoes, onions, or cheese. After I got home and opened the packages, I discovered both sandwiches were regular Italians with all the toppings. I immediately took photos of both sandwiches, my receipt, and the online order as proof, then called the restaurant to report the mistake. The response I received was unsatisfactory. I was told I needed to return the sandwiches for them to remake them. I found that unreasonable because the error was theirs, not mine. The employee I spoke with--who gave his name as Sergio--said they were training a new worker who had been making many mistakes. If an inexperienced employee is causing repeated errors, orders should be checked before they leave the restaurant. I told Sergio I wasn't lying and that I had photos and the receipt. He checked and apologized, but said the restaurant policy requires customers to bring incorrect food back in. I explained I live 15 minutes away and had ordered online to avoid the wait; I also noted the cost of gas. I asked for a refund or for them to prepare a corrected sandwich for me to pick up later, but he refused. I asked for the supervisor; he said her name was Amanda and she was not on shift, but might be in tomorrow so I could try then. This situation is unacceptable. The policy and the way the staff handled my complaint should be reconsidered.
