Odd thig was that we went on a Saturday at 3 p.m. and ot seemed as if it was a Tuesday an hour before closing, nobody was there. You could have shot a zombie movie. For the most part prices were food for the really obscure collections of shoes & clothes that I would never think to be made and like I mentioned the regular priced (GAP, Stucture, Old Navy) stores.

Lol Nice selection and the store was clean and well zoned but the music being off and the silent vibes in the store were off putting. Didn't end up picking up anything today. This particular location is located at the Tanger Outlets in Texas City. It for sure is a hidden gem. I can go into Houston to any of the big department stores and find the same exact clothes for double and triple the price. If you sign up for their promotions you get coupons regularly. I walked in this past weekend to find a fit for an event, and they happened to be celebrating their 10 year anniversary and they just handed me a very generous gift card to be used that day. Needless to say I purchased way more than I initially came in for. The pics posted for this business is not accurate for right now as the store is very organized and it has always been that way for the years I have been coming here. Usually outlets have the rejects but this place has the high end look that I am used to from Polo.

I just spent over an hour looking for some bras and jeans to try on. I placed them in a dressing…read moreroom so I wouldn't have to carry them around the store. An employee told me to put them in a room and make sure the curtain was closed, so I did. I had quiet a few items as I've lost a little weight and wasn't sure about sizing. When i came back to the dressing room I hear 2 employees complaining about how many items were in there and they were about to put them all back. I had no problem only taking 6 in at a time, however as I placed items back to get more to try on they were gone before I had a chance to say what I wanted and didn't want. The store employee said she didn't know if I wanted them or not so they just put them back. Apparently one of the 2 women was so quick to put only my item back on the racks, is the store manager. I was the only person in the dressing room at this time so it's not like the clothes were in the way. I hung every item back up just as they were to begin with as I always do since I myself work in the service industry. I never got upset and was doing exactly what they asked me to do. I decided that the 2 women must not like their jobs as they were very short and rude to me from the start. You sell bras and clothes here, am I right? She asked me if I found anything that worked for me. I said, honestly ma'am you have made this experience terrible. I was not even given the Time to Decide if I wanted anything or not as they were put away before I could. I have shopped here for years and the customer service has never been great, but today it was unexcusably bad. I will not be back to this location. I was never rude or raised my voice, but your store "manager" was only interested in telling me her excuses for why she was the one putting all my items back on the racks. It's so sad to me that I can't just go shopping for clothes without being made to feel like an inconvenience at best. I gave one star only because I had to. If I could give negative stars that is what your customer service today would deserve.

You will Rue the day that you did not go to Rue 21…read more Barbie is absolutely obsessed with this store so any time that we are at the outlet malls down in Texas City then we end up here - and she usually ends up spending a decent chunk of money. But then so do men, on her. They have a little bit of everything and it's not bad. We could be here at least once a month - if we can - and I think it's one of her three favourite shops in the mall. She sometimes finds some cute things in here.
