Ryan stuck by us during the pandemic when we weren't sure we could sell our home. He found us a buyer who was amazing to work with and also he was very patient with all the ups and downs in the process of selling. He stayed vigilant in our search for a new home as well. He always made time in his busy schedule to show us over 40 homes over a short period of time, because he knew we would find the one. He was never pushy or had that salesperson attitude through the whole process. If you are looking for someone who is always positive, super hard working and will make home selling and buying a great experience, contact Ryan!

Ryan communicated with us every step of the way until closing and continues to be a great resource as we are getting ready to move in. I never had a problem getting a hold of him for questions and he represents the absolute epitome of good customer service. Thank you, Ryan, for helping make our dream come true!!

This was my first home buying experience and I felt incompetent with just about everything from money to all of the new lingo I had to learn, but Chris never made me feel dumb and took the time to fully help me understand the process so that I knew what I was doing I wasn't blindly making a huge decision. He was there for me when I had questions or needed reassurance night or day. It's essential to feel like you have a team of people who have your back and really want what's best for you, especially when going through a process like this and that is what Chris Hagerman provided for me. I could cry with gratitude. In a market where I felt so discouraged at times (offering 60k over asking and getting outbid by a different type of loan or all cash offers), Chris was able to remain competitive and clever in the offers we placed. Ultimately, he was able to get me into my dream home in a beautiful neighborhood for $23,000 under asking! I've been living here for two months now and my gratitude for all he has done for me just continues to grow. I'm still in awe of this beautiful home and all of the hard work he put in to getting me here. My heart is so full. Thank you thank you a thousand times thank you!

He even remembered our kids names weeks after we met. Being from the Bay Area (like most everyone else), we had no local knowledge of Roseville/Rocklin. Paul helped us understand the pros and cons of certain neighborhoods, how local taxes worked (mello-roos!), and insider information about the schools. As much research as we did online, there is just no replacement for the local knowledge Paul provided. Paul was also very willing to spend the time with us looking at many, many houses. He never rushed us or expected us to settle--he genuinely wanted us to find the right house we could love and make our own. He did a great job negotiating our home purchase and made the process very smooth for us (probably not so much for him, but he would never admit that!). He's also a great resource for contractors, locksmiths, and other service providers once you move in. My wife and I highly recommend Paul to help you navigate the Roseville/Rocklin area, understand the real estate market, and find the home you will love. P.S. He brought in Krispy Kreme for our kids during the home inspection, if that isn't reason enough to hire Paul, I don't know what is. ;-)

I first met Paul Li thru a neighbor the year prior in 2017, but Paul kept in contact with me over the next year, periodically inquiring on how "mom was doing," and keeping me apprised of market conditions. Never "pushy," Paul always offered his assistance, but allowed me to ultimately decide when the time was right to sell my home. From the outset, Paul demonstrated a helpful and cooperative disposition, a truly down-to-earth and genuine nature, and a very professional attitude. He handled all aspects of my sales transaction in a completely flawless manner. Paul was extremely proactive by taking necessary steps to prevent any possible problems from occurring. He definitely demonstrated expertise in and great knowledge of the real estate sales process; and, he took great pride in knowing and learning about my neighborhood and surrounding area so that he could confidently answer questions from prospective buyers. In my opinion, all of the above are important qualities to look for when seeking a real estate agent. Paul definitely has these qualities, plus he is a genuinely caring person, getting to know you and your family on a personal level. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Paul Li as your next real estate agent.
