He never mentioned that she should have a follow-up echo and that she should be on blood thinners. He always pushed her off onto his physician assistants who rotated through his office. He is incompetent I don't know if it's because of his age and he should just retire or if he's always been this way. He also didn't notice for 20 years that my mother needed hip replacement. She called him complaining that she needed PT because her walking was getting difficult and he never called her in to evaluate her. He just ga e her the PT prescription without seeing her. The PT could tell right away that she needed she need hip replacement and sent her off for an x-ray why couldn't Dr Koop have done this for her? What does he do at the office? His wife is the office secretary. Maybe this is another issue.

If they had billed it as a screening (I am 54 and was due for my fist colonoscopy) as my PCP had indicated, my insurance would have fully covered it. So know how it will be billed beforehand.

I went there about 6 years ago, and afterward I believed them when they told me I was cured even though they screwed up and we all knew that but I had called and called and called a woman named Alyssa who kept reassuring me during my panicked phone calls that I was indeed cured even though I was still positive with every blood test after that. She said it was simply a false positive. That's BS. They mailed me the cure pills to cure this disease, there were 2 parts and you are not supposed to miss a day. But because they screwed up and didn't send me the second half of the cure for like 2 weeks, they simply told me to just continue as is even though dr levitsky drilled it into my head that not a single day can be missed. Fast forward 6 years, I was in the er, and they told me my liver was completely effed and I was going to die. Why? BECAUSE THESE AHOLES WOULDNT EVEN ALLOW ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO FIX WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO ME AND I AM OUT OF TIME. He guided me through every procedure and process of my treatment, making a point to explain everything calmly and thoroughly and reminding me that I could always call the office in case of more questions or unexpected issues. And totally unrelatedly, I found his mustache fascinating. As a female, housing an entire forest on your upper lip just seems incredible to me.
