We did have to seek out an employee to explain the process, but they were very friendly and helpful...especially the employee who helped stuff their chosen animal shell with the inner "fluff." My daughter chose a rainbow bunny and son chose a Paw Patrol dog (whom he later named Yoda...okay! ha.). The employee had them grab a small fabric heart to put inside with the stuffing and walked the twins through a special ceremony to make the heart extra special. So cute. After being stuffed and sewn up, there are different stations to bring them to. A bath station, a dressing station, and a computer station for creating their birth certificates. These are printed behind the counter where you pay. Note that the animal shells are pretty affordable. It is when you add on the clothes, backpacks, shoes, and other accessories that it adds up. Each kiddo got at least three accessories, a baby carrier and a car for them to ride in and it was easily $150. They are obsessed with their creations, though! Great gift.

We always come around Christmas time as well, so it's probably way more chill during the rest of the year. Inside, half of the store sells toys and books, and the other half is a playground for the kids. I wouldn't say the toy selection is incredible or anything, but my kids normally find something that they enjoy. Of course, they tend to be the $3 squishy toys and not the stuff that's supposed to expand your mind, but I'm not complaining :) The indoor playground isn't bad! My son had a good time playing in the mock kitchen and chatting with the other kids. We'll probably come back the next time we're visiting :)

The woman "helping" my husband was rude and we will definitely tell everyone we know to not waste time or money there. We walked in and was greeted by the staff. They asked if it was our first time and if we need any help to holler. Very nice and down to earth. It is well organized and pricing is reasonable. They also have an upstairs more for wall art, more decor and more ornaments. We ended up getting two personalized ornaments and a small ornament for our friend. Which the lady was very kind. She had such pretty handwriting. I would definitely come back here again to get gifts for my friends and family. It's small but has so much to offer.
