The process starts with an application. I have owned another Cav so I appreciated the questions she asked. She contacted us first that we made it through application, then again when she had the puppy we asked for (male Blenheim). We then went for meeting to see the puppy. We met not just the puppy, but its parents. All the dogs and puppies looked really healthy and happy. We fell in love with Cosmo right away and made plans to pick up when ready (she likes to keep puppies until 12 weeks). Francena is so well-organized. She had this health pamphlet that had doctor's reports and vaccine records and then gave use a goody back including some food. Then she did such a great job training the puppy--it was already comfortable in crate and very close to being potty trained. We are so happy and we highly recommend HRH Cavaliers.

She had a cage available for us to rent which was nice and she provided bedding for a fee as well. We saw the cages of the other pigs she was boarding and all of them were clean both on the day of drop off and pick up and they had a nice hay pile for them to munch on. I will definitely be using My Guinea Guests again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a boarder for your smallest family members!

It's such a relief knowing they're in a place where they're truly looked after, not just "watched." Their enclosures are kept very clean with fresh changes done daily, which makes a huge difference for guinea pigs. You can tell there's real attention to detail and understanding of their needs. Our pigs always come back happy, healthy, and well-adjusted with no signs of stress, which speaks volumes. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our guinea pigs and are so grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend!

She didn't like trips to the vet and was always a heavy blankets and welding gloves sort of patient. Carousel's staff (and Heather in particular) were understanding, professional and comforting and showed up at our home as our cat was in decline. This cat. This old cat who we loved even though she hated EVERYONE but us.. Her organs were done. They were JUST DONE. And so she scratched...and kicked..and BIT. And the carousel folks sat with us and took all this abuse after months of trying to help boost her up only to see her drift back down... they took it and were there for us with nothing but empathy as we finally said goodbye...in our home...and not in a clinic. The times when you have to witness the worst are chances to show the best and they shone.

I have had experience with Diane at Adorable Dogs for about 30+ years. In the early'80s I had my…read moreminiature Schnauzer, Shotzie, groomed by Diane regularly. I had a Schnauzer before Shotzie and didn't know about then. Had I, Grover would have gone there too. It had been awhile since needing grooming services, so just went to a groomer someone told us about. We were horrified after picking her up, they had nicked her in so many places we actually took her to the vet. It was our vet who recommended Diane. Shotzie was a regular client of Diane's until she passed in 2000. As I then had beagles, I had no need for a groomer. After losing both of our beagles in the same year, 09, my husband and I needed to wait to select a new pet. We finally adopted what we thought was a Schnauzer mix from a no kill shelter in Yakima, WA. While he appeared to have some characteristics of one, we were curious enough to have his DNA done. Turned out he is a Cockapoo!! We live very close to a Petco so had him groomed there, as well as Obedience Training, and training as a Good Citizen, acknowledged by AKC. To get to the point, this past Halloween, 2014, Georgie awoke us about 2am, seemingly not feeling well. We calmed him back to sleep, but he woke us up about 4am in yelping pain. We had never seen him be this way and realized he needed to be seen immediately. Long story short, three vets, 24 + hours, and a $6,500.00 surgery, he had ruptured a disc and was paralyzed in his hind quarters. After several weeks, he really needed grooming, not just for looks, but to make keeping him as clean as possible. We have to express his bladder for him and bladder infection's can cause serious complications. I had gone to our local Mud Bay to get his food, along with recommended supplements by his vet. While there I saw one of Diane's Adorable Dogs cards on their bulletin board. I was beyond ecstatic, as in his new condition, while not having any bad experiences with Petco, didn't feel they had the experience needed to groom a handicapped dog. Rather than calling, I stopped in to say "hey!" To Diane. My goodness, it was like finding a long lost cousin! I explained our circumstances and asked if she was up for the challenge. While having some concerns, she agreed to take a look. We took him in a few days later. Normally, she doesn't have owners stay. Georgie has always had some separation anxiety but it's worse now, so she had us stand by in the car in case we were needed. And we were. So while we helped hold him steady for her, she asked a lot of questions regarding how much we wanted him trimmed as she went. Being part poodle, he definitely has poodle hair!! We had her cut him really short, particularly on his face and stomach. She was so caring and gentle with Georgie. It was such a great experience. She also gave us some tips and suggestions for other needs for him. No pun here, but we absolutely ADORE Diane!! She is just as great as she was those many years ago. We without hesitation will continue to take Georgie to her as long as she will have us!!!!! If there was ten star option, we would give her that!!!!!
