I'm really bummed about writing this review but it seems that after I used John's junk removal…read moreservice in July customer service has gone down hill. When I first called this service in July I left a voicemail and received an immediate call back. Made an appointment to have the huge pile junk moved out of our rental property. John and his team arrived on time and did a great job removing the stuff. The price was good and service was great. Move forward to last week, I called again, left a voicemail but never received a call back. I emailed to set an appt from their website and never received a response. This inconsistency in responding to customers doesn't bode well for a business. I had hoped to continue using this company for our rental property but as it stands now I don't think so. If they couldn't make an appt or simply did not want to deal with a small pickup a response saying as much would have been the right thing to do. So sad. I really thought this small business had it together.

We allowed us to do half a truck load and Lord, we needed all that half load. LOL We WILL be using Roger again to get the garage cleaned out. Our experience was above and beyond what was expect, very personable, punctual (:D) and moved 2 large entertainment centers, 2 file cabinets, several boxes, a desk, table, end table and lots of bags of junk out for us. If you need anything hauled to the dump (or recycled - which he tries first), give him a call, please. Supporting our Veterans is important, especially right now.

I am so glad I found this company. We had things that were sitting outside our house and in our…read moregarage that we have been wanting to get rid of for a while, but never knew who to call. It's hard these days to trust companies or people when you hear stories of folks getting bad service, overcharged or lied to. I contacted this company via Yelp and they were super responsive. Gave lots of information on their services straight from the beginning. They showed up the next day & gave us an estimate. We agreed on the numbers and they got straight to work. They hauled away a sofa that had sat in the rain, an elliptical, a large metal roof with beams and a heavy solid workbench. Prices were very reasonable. James & Terry were awesome. Easy to speak with, straightforward & professional. They helped us out so much. Now we have our garage back and we can work on making our yard nice for summertime and having friends over. What makes them even better is that they donate what is still usable. So the elliptical that we didn't want to just throw away, will not fill a landfill. This company is amazing. Seriously going to use them again if we ever need help & we highly recommend their services. A great local company to support.

I'm so glad they did though! Zippy Junk Removal had the cheapest rates out of all the quotes I received. Their response rate was super fast as well. Kelli was very helpful and nice! She actually called me a day ahead of schedule appointment to see if I would like to have it removed earlier since they were nearby. Unfortunately I wasn't home then, but it was a very nice thing to do. The removal process was very fast as well. They called me 30 minutes before they arrived and got it remove in less than 5 minutes! Super fast. Also all new customer get a 10% discount on top of their super cheap quote! I needed two things done - Trim a large hedge and remove all the weeds from the property. After a…read morefew cancellations and no-shows on our planned times, they finally showed. The hedge overall was trimmed well but the corner was over-trimmed because they started there with a ladder that wasn't tall enough. (I came out to stop them before they over-trimmed the entire hedge) For the weed removal, after they left, I spent 3 hours removing the weeds they missed. I suppose I shouldn't have paid them or let them leave until all the weeds are removed, but based on existing reviews I trusted that they would have that attention to detail. They also removed some plants that I wanted to keep. Based on that, I'm left with the impression that they aren't very good at determining what a weed is. Nice guys, but for $750, I expected better.
