Buyer Beware. Go elsewhere as there are plenty of other options, unless you want bait and switch. Here's the basics without going into the minutiae. I placed a deposit during the pandemic on an Amazon Cruise offering a substantial discount with an email saying the price, itinerary, ship etc. would be a " binding agreement" and I had 2 years to book it as long as I didn't change anything. Two years later I was told there would be a $500 rebooking fee, and the pricing had changed upwards by several thousand dollars. I was told the provider couldn't accept the reduced pricing anymore. My agreement was with Rainforest Cruises as my agent, not the vendor. No mention in the original agreement of and subsequent rebooking fees either. Bottom line, a company that won't stand behind their binging agreement isn't much of a company. read more
