I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were on time (earlier than estimated in…read morefact), right on budget, and the work was fantastic. In the real world, you'd unfortunately get one, maybe two of these things when renovating so we feel extremely lucky. They happily worked with the initial estimate (tweaking here and there) until we were completely happy with the plans and cost. The staff and contractors are all extremely kind and helpful. We had a major issue come up, and instead of simply repairing and carrying on they brainstormed and implemented a preventative fix so that the issue would not re-occur in the future. Paul and Maureen were so easy to communicate with and were transparent throughout the entire process. We made multiple changes to our existing plans, and they never hesitated or became frustrated. They also never pushed unnecessary work onto us and went the extra mile numerous times to ensure our house was safe. The type of renovation we did was a complete gut job - a lot of money and a ton of work, but this team made us at ease and confident the entire way. We have been recommending them to anyone who will listen!!!!!

Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and they were able to work around my schedule without any hassle. On the day of the service, the team showed up exactly when they said they would, in a clean and professional-looking vehicle, fully equipped and ready to go. They introduced themselves, walked me through the process, and got right to work. I could tell right away that they take pride in what they do--every movement was purposeful and detail-oriented. They didn't just wash my windows; they made them look brand new. Every single pane was spotless, the frames and sills were wiped clean, and there wasn't a single streak or smudge anywhere. I honestly didn't realize how much dirt and dust had built up over time until I saw the difference. My home feels brighter, fresher, and more inviting, all because of the crystal-clear windows. What I really appreciated was how careful they were around my landscaping and furniture. They worked quickly, but never rushed, and double-checked their work before packing up. They even gave me tips on how to keep my windows cleaner for longer. If you're looking for a window cleaning company that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction, Home Service Hunks is the one to call. They combine professional results with friendly, personable service that makes the whole experience enjoyable. I've already recommended them to my friends and neighbors, and I'll definitely be booking them again. The name might be fun, but the work is seriously impressive!

Very trustworthy company. And their 10 year warranty gives you peace of mind. I also like how they are very reachable and you can call them and/or email them and you will always get a response back. What else do you really need from a contractor? It's always hard to find good companies to work with, Saphire Roofing is an excellent one ... I highly recommend them I would rate them 20 out of 10 if I could.

Not only did they originally miss the weather proofing barrier but when it was brought their attention the current owner (previous manager) got in my husbands face demanding full payment yet the job was not completed yet. They left nails and shingles all over our property and never came back to clean it up. Recently we had their sales manager out to do an inspection and it was determined the entire roof needed to be replaced. Since this report was filed BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE, they will not return my calls, emails, etc. I am now taking further legal action to have my roof replaced as it was done wrong. The service was extremely poor -- they charged significantly more than other providers in the area, failed to fix the issue, and actually left the equipment in worse condition than before. It was clear that the technician did not know what he was doing. Even worse, he was highly unprofessional and used offensive language over the phone. I strongly recommend staying away from this service. Save your money and avoid unnecessary stress -- do not hire this person.
