I first met Sara a couple of years ago when she was working at a spa. I have been receiving massages for more than 20 years and have never found someone I could count on to understand my body and fix the issues. I was so impressed with Sara's ability to spot issues and work out the knots and relieve pain, I called to reschedule a second appointment. When I called, I was told she had left the spa. I immediately started tracking her down through Google. I found her and contacted her through email to see if she was available for an appointment. She scheduled me for a session and for the last couple of years, I have been a regular client. My health has never been better. So many massage therapists use too much pressure and still cannot get the job done. Sara is extremely knowledgeable about the body and has the ability to use technique and appropriate pressure to relieve my "knots." In addition, unlike the spas, Sara takes time to talk to her clients and understand what they have been doing. She has, so often, been able to understand why I may be feeling pain and tightness in my muscles. I think it is my neck but she works on another part of my body and things begin to loosen. After many years of trying with no results and slowly watching my health fade away, I almost gave up. Then one day, after driving past the building just about every day for the last 2 years, I decided to stop in to Wrightstown Health and Fitness and check it out. It was like no other gym I've ever been in. It reminded me of a place that a serious athlete would come to train. It isn't fancy, they don't have all the latest equipment, but one thing stood out more than anything, people weren't standing around and socializing, they were all working out, and working out hard. I knew this place would change my life, so I signed up for a 5 day trial and started my journey to health and fitness. This place is a Wellness Center, meaning they have everything you need all at one place. Massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga, chiropractic care, nutritional counseling and personal training. When you work out, you have to work with a trainer to be on the floor, and it's worth every cent. They have four excellent trainers that will give you the best 90 minute workout you will ever have while monitoring your physical condition at all times. The trainers are also all part owners which guarantees you will be treated with utmost care and respect. There are people from all age groups, some getting in shape and some doing physical therapy. They even offer a program on Sunday's for children 8-12. They also offer plenty of cardio equipment if that's all your looking for. It's a great environment to work out in. I also joined their Blitz program which is run by Cheryl, their nutritionist. It's designed to help you eat right and get healthy from within while you work out with the trainers. She really cares about what she does and will help in any way to help achieve your goals. So far I've lost more weight in 5 weeks than I've lost in the last 5 years and I feel more energetic and people have noticed me start to change physically. It's a great motivation. So if you want to ditch the mainstream gyms and start to get serious about your physical and mental health, this is the place to be. My only regret is not stopping in earlier.
