Then after getting the "replacement" hose (4days later) it AGAIN had holes and flooded their floors AGAIN. they're now not being guaranteed the issue will be resolved and are out $700. The people have also decided INSTEAD OF MAKING IT RIGHT, THEY BLOCKED HER. Definitely will be insisting she file a law suit. As you can see in the photos, MULTIPLE PEOPLE have been screwed over by this company.
