SAID THEY CHECKED IT BUT THE HOSE WAS COVERED IN HOLES. Then after getting the "replacement" hose (4days later) it AGAIN had holes and flooded their floors AGAIN. they're now not being guaranteed the issue will be resolved and are out $700. The people have also decided INSTEAD OF MAKING IT RIGHT, THEY BLOCKED HER. Definitely will be insisting she file a law suit. As you can see in the photos, MULTIPLE PEOPLE have been screwed over by this company. "Easy Financing and Warranties" are awesome unless the person selling it to you is a liar. ‍ Save yourself the emotional distress and financial burden, GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT MAKO APPLIANCES.

They brought the new washer into the house and recommended contacting a plumber. A neighbor came over and completed the installation. We put the old washer in the driveway for pick up (I paid Lowes for this service). I notified the manager at Lowes and he said he would follow up with the service (conversation on Monday, March 2).
