It's simple, can get a big loud with kids running and screaming outside. However, everything is clean and tidy. They have the usual relaxing music plus the mini waterfall machine or whatever you call it, both going at the same time to help drown out the noise. The star of the show here is of course the massage itself. Every time we have been here, even with different people we have gotten, everyone has been very consistent with their techniques, knows exactly where all the knots and tight spots that need the extra attention are. They specifically focus on them until they feel like the knots have been resolved. Don't be shy to ask them to move on or be a little gentle. Overall, the price is extremely reasonable. We don't care much for anything fancy as long as we feel like the massage helped. They also offer loyalty program where they give you a stamp card for each massage you get. After 6 or 8 (i can't remember exactly) massages, you'll get a free one of the equivalent, even more reasons for us to come back.

On a Saturday evening I scheduled an appointment less than an hour in advance and was happy to hear there was availability. I came in early and was greeted with water while I waited. The massage that followed was mind blowing. This is the second time I've had a massage from Rainbow and it was everything I hoped it would be. I wasn't going to say anything about my prior experience, but when I paid she thanked me for coming back. I was pleased that the offer that had been extended to me via Yelp was granted without me asking for it. I appreciate that kind of loyalty from a business. As i walk out to pay she asks me "Cash or card" i state "Card" she says cash better. I then explain i do not have cash so i will be paying card. She says it will be $5 extra to pay with card.. umm ok.. I wish it would have been posted somewhere. I know some places charge .50 or $1 but $5 to pay with a card is ridiculous, she charges me the extra $5 i sign my recite and as im walking out she says "TIP". i say no sorry i already paid an extra $5 that was going to be your tip. her and the older lady start speaking in chinese. I'm assuming it was nothing good.
