The whole situation was weird as I was told my order processed through the Hicksville store who said they had no records in their system of the order even though it was showing out for delivery. The day they were supposed to set up, the guys were about 2 hours late, ok it happens. They had to come back the next day to put up sidewalls and set up the chairs. As soon as they left, we realized so many problems, the chairs and tables were filthy. There was some sticky residue on some of them, even a m&m or some other candy stuck to some of the chairs, the sidewalls had dirt on them, some of the windows had puncture holes in them as well. The bar we rented from them has seen better days, it was so bad that my mother in law wound up wrapping it with a plastic tablecloth so it looked at least somewhat decent. When my now husband called the office to complain, the woman he spoke with seemed completely annoyed by us. They did send the crew back to fix what they could, one of the guys told us that he's been telling his bosses that they need to have someone clean everything once the tents are picked up, but it doesn't happen. It was so much unnecessary stress added to what is supposed to be a happy time. To think any of this is ok for a event, let alone someone's wedding, is just ridiculous. The only reason this isn't a one start review is because the main guys from the setup crew were extremely apologetic.
