Danny's crew sanded and stained the deck and it came out great. This week the same two great workers replaced the primary bath shower and did a great job. My house was a tough job because we had cedar shingles that had sun damage on the front and a…read morepainting was overdue. I got several quotes for the job with a very wide range, which shows me some paint companies will price gouge. One person was nice but used foul language as if I were a drinking buddy and not a potential customer. One seemed incensed that I was getting multiple quotes (his was over $20K, by far the highest). And then there was Mike from 360. Mike was the most personable. Mike is not a paint scientist by any means, but he brings a paint specialist to the table to discuss options so I have no problem with that. By contrast, one of the competitive company owners does the painting himself, but he had a potty mouth and disparaged other companies. I chose to go with 360 because Mike was professional and kind and because he offered a competitive rate. I ultimately chose a semi-solid stain for my house, which proved to be not the best decision because the nature of this type of paint is that it can look different on different shingles, even if they both look the same initially. We had some ups and downs with the project (for example, we had to replace shingles due to woodpecker damage and now those shingles stand out because of the semi-transparent nature of the stain but that's not the fault of 360 Painting). They were clear upfront that the stain does show what's underneath somewhat (that's part of the charm of the semi-solid stain actually). We're happy with the result (and the new shingles should fade over time). Ultimately, Mike delivered on his company's promise to go above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. The house looks much better than before we started the job. The best endorsement I can give is next time I need painting, I will give Mike a call.

I needed a wallpaper project completed, and for reference, had already had half the project done by another company that did just okay. This gives me the chance to do a side-by-side comparison of the work. Getting the quote: a fair, clear, transparent quote was quickly provided to me after sending a request in Yelp. Scheduling my job: Joan is an all-star. She handles the invoices and scheduling. She got all of my questions answered, was flexible with me on timing, helped me understand what to order, and sought answers for me about some challenges with the previously completed by another company wall. Her communication was quick, detailed, and kind. I can't stress how important basic kindness is and was the reason I went with PRP. Another company quoted me lower after I'd already started talking to Joan and I didn't pursue it because I was so impressed with her level of care. Fitting me in: I travel for work and was seeking a job to be done quickly. They had the job scheduled to be done within a week despite having pre-scheduled jobs. They managed to fit my project in and were flexible even when I couldn't be. Professionalism and skill: I was immediately at ease meeting the two people who were working on the wall. As a female, it can be a bit uncomfortable to invite contractors into your home when you're alone but they were warm, professional, respectful, and had no concerns. Dalto talked through the work with me quickly, understood my vision with no problems or questions, and got right to work. The speed and skill can't be beat. It was done so fast and so perfectly that I was blown away. Small details that were missed by the last company were all taken care of without my asking by this team. They answered a few questions I had about my project overall and were friendly. Ownership: James came by afterward to check the quality. He was wonderful. He was easy to communicate with and I had had such a good experience I have already pitched them additional business to do other work at the house. I have a vision for a project that is hard to articulate and James got it immediately and I can't wait to keep working with them. I can't say enough good things about this group. I'm thrilled. Home projects can be stressful but this group will put you at ease and deliver exceptional work. I will add photos once the room is completed.
