Parts were ordered he returned to install them a few days later. But the machine still leaked. I pointed out that I had replaced the lower door seal. He inspected and adjusted that seal and the machine stopped leaking. A few weeks later, it started to leak again. He returned and reinspecting the machine, pointed out that it was generating bubbles. We apparently have been getting had or manual dish soap into the machine when we load dirty dishes that have been sitting in the sink for a while. We will modify our behavior and we have learned some tricks for dealing with this issue if it happens again. Bottom line, we have our dishwasher working again, the repairman was very polite and diligent, and we were not charged for follow-up visits. We would use this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worse service ever. I rarely…read moreleave reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable. I paid $445 for a refrigerator repair, and the issue was never fixed. My refrigerator is still not getting cold and the freezer is not freezing, despite the technician stating the problem was resolved. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I have now had multiple appointments scheduled with a 3 hour service window, and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. I rearranged my day more than once just to sit and wait for a technician who never came. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. I do not understand how this company has positive reviews on google, when based on my experience they are the worse. I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved, and instead I have been ignored. I am now pursuing further action to recover my money. If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Yet again fantastic and quick service by Jacob. I called about our pesky GE fridge and describes…read morethe problem Within half an hour or 35 minutes the bell rang and there he was. Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan). Lo and behold, that's what it was, and he knew so before he got here. He had the new fan on his hand when he rang the doorbell. Another nice thing is that he cleaned all the gunk out of the chill cabinet before replacing shelves and contents. All in all Jacob was here for maybe 20 minutes! He answered our questions plus a few tips for best usage and upkeep. He also indicated that otherwise our fridge was running well and normally. I truly am edified by how quick, courteous and efficient Jacob is: especially for being a younger fellow. As usual, I give Jacob as enthusiastic a rating as I can muster. I highly recommend him for troubleshooting and fixing your home appliances if you don't wanna just run out and buy new.

This office / location appears to be incompetent. I understand Mr. Appliance they are a…read morefranchise, however, in my opinion, I think whoever runs the one for Pinellas County they should not be allowed to franchise in the area since this is a really big area & could use this type of service. My goto service company for appliances is "Mr. Appliance" in many other cities. I've used this company in general for many MANY years, however, not this particular location/office. I've had exceptional very extremely knowledgeable service for appliances every single time I've called Mr. Appliance in other cities and that was why I felt confident in calling for service from this location. I originally requested service online. I received an email that a tech would be able to service in the morning between the hours of eight and noon then I get a call from their office stating they do not service washer dryer combos. Which is odd because this is the main service that I've had done in various other cities through the same company. However, this office here is unable to service combo units, which doesn't make any sense. Then I called back to ask to speak to someone else, and it was the same lady that had called me and she said the same thing which was the weirdest thing. So I think that if this office can't do something that simple they are either extremely incompetent or just not someone that should be franchising Mr. Appliance in this area. The person on the phone referred me to Michaelson's Appliance Repair of Tampa Bay... even odder. So either the franchise person is incompetent or the ones that run Mr. Appliance in the area is a scam & they refer out. The Google reviews for Michaelson's - place charges a lot so this really all sounds very fishy. I hope the Mr. Appliance executives look into this place.
