Jazmine G.

Just left rainbow nails, it was my first time going, and I wanted to leave a review while it was still fresh in my mind. To start, when I arrived they were able to see me right away even though I didn't have an appointment. They weren't busy, and I was grateful to be seen right away. The shop has a sign with a 100 on it that I'm assuming is the health rating, which is reassuring as well. I showed them a picture of what I wanted (baby boomer nails) and explained that I wanted a muavey brown-pink instead of bright pink. They gave me the nail ring showing which colors they had available, and they didn't have what I wanted. I decided to try with a darker brown color ombre'd into white. The guy that did my nails (I believe he is an owner) worked confidently and quickly on my nails, and I noted his license says master manicurist. He added the colored acrylic powder to a nail, and showed me for my approval. It looked okay, so I nodded, knowing it was incomplete. He finished, and I went to the dryers where the shine was added. When I pulled my hands out, my nails were more grey/purple than white at the tip, with too much brown poorly blended into the white. I showed who I believe to be the female owner, and she conversed with the guy and he had me come back to the chair to re-do the nails. The picture attached is the end result of my $45 acrylic set, and I tipped my standard $10 for what I believed to be genuine effort. My mom comes here frequently, and believes they just didn't know how to do it. I wish they would have said that to me, so I could have saved my $55. Tomorrow I'll be heading to my standard nail salon to get my nails corrected.

My mom has been going to them for the past 10 years. Ken and Linda are the best. They are always 100% on health inspections...very sanitary!

TJ Nails - Third break I had to glue back on. Ouch!

Pretty quick service. Each time I've come I'm in and out. Minor deficiencies in my fills and full…read moresets. Nothing o can't live with. My pedicures are alway a perfect.

I've been a customer for over a year and I have spent plenty of money here since it was beside my…read morehouse and sometimes they do a good job depending who does them, but I'm finally switching salons. I got my acrylic nails done this past weekend (which took them 3 hours for a simple full set) No they weren't backed up or busy at all, just slow, which I don't mind if it's a good job. I had 2 nails break in 2 DAYS at work, and I'm not rough with my hands at all. It practically fell off and I glued them back together. After the third acrylic nail broke, I called as soon as they opened to get them fixed and they wouldn't even schedule me to fix them today so that I could work tonight without a ghetto looking nail job. I don't know if they're gotten lazy with hiring, but this is ridiculous and unprofessional. It's definitely a walk in and take a chance kind of salon. Maybe they should stick to gel manicures. As you can see, I posted a picture of my pinky nails side by side.. the much skinnier, longer, even thinner nail broke the very next day I left the salon. (I had to superglue it back on for work) I wish I had noticed that they didn't match before I left... 3 hours later. They should be flawless for that kind of time and money. I'll be salon shopping and I will find a professional business.
