Wait time has never been excessive and what I consider normal at any doctor's office. After Dr. Stroup retired I gave Dr. Bland a try, and I am glad I did. She won my confidence. Thank you

Had scheduled an appointment with them and they never stated that they were not taking new patients…read moreand that I was to see a nurse practitioner Got into an MV accident and called them and they could get me in to see the nurse practitioner on Tuesday (MVA was Thursday) Then they proceeded to tell me they were not taking any new patients and the nurse practitioner would not be able to see me due to the MVA (apparently she is not a dr. hence not able to see me as a patient). I then went to an Emergent Care center and when I stated what Dr. Bland's office did regarding the appointment and me having to cancel, etc. they laughed and stated that is the norm for that office. I cancelled all appointments with them and would not recommend them for my dog!!! They were horrible, very unprofessional and thank the Lord that I was able to see another doctor whom was extremely thorough and helpful!!! Bland's office is a factory apparently and they don't tell you that they aren't taking new patients but push you onto a nurse practitioner. If I wanted to see a nurse practitioner I wouldn't haven't minded if they would have been upfront about it and not sneaky and lying about their practice. They received 5 stars hence me wanting to see them. I would give them -5 stars if I could!

He takes the time to listen to the many people who come in with a myriad of different issues! He doesn't get in a hurry and he is a great communicator! I like him a lot! I've been treated correctly for my issues! Dr.Jackson is a great doctor! Professionals like him are more rare the hen's teeth! I most highly recommended Dr.Jackson! He's truly a great asset to a small town like mine ! Thank You Dr.Jackson!
