Dr Randall is an excellent chiropractor. He is thorough. Three members of our family are pleased with him. I highly recommend him.

I thought I got good service but really they are shady so beware. When I went in they quoted me the…read moreamount of the visit which was $90. They told me if there was any additional cost they would let me know once I was being treated. Apparently I signed some "authorization for treatment", mind you, my face was gushing blood and I couldn't even really comprehend what was happening. All they did was give me stitches and no one quoted me anything additional, I have been to several urgent cares over the years and they always give you an estimate and have you sign before doing anything additional you would have to pay for. When we were leaving we were all surprised when we asked at the counter and were told I was "all set", I had still expected it to be maybe $200 or so. But we were told all it was was the $90 visit fee. Which we chalked up to the fact that we were down there helping hurricane victims and had mentioned that and they all acted so appreciative! I just received a bill for over a THOUSAND DOLLARS, just for 3 stitches. And they're claiming that they didn't need to give me an estimate- even though I was paying cash- because I signed an authorization for them to treat me. Well of course you sign an authorization at an urgent care for them to treat you, that is not authorization for anything over the $90 visit fee or any sort of estimate. Avoid this urgent care, they are extremely deceptive. Not to mention the "customer service" representatives, are extremely rude and argumentative and did nothing to look in to my issue and try to help.

Urgent Care Shelby NC I am not one to write reviews or even…read morecare enough to tell people what has happened. However I am over it now. The past two times of coming here they have not even examined my injury, or cared to look at it for that matter. They have stood at the door without any knowledge of how bad the injury is and gave me a "diagnosis", I've been told to put cream on a swollen knee which has probably been fractured if not worse. I've came a time before for an ankle injury and I was told to take ibuprofen/Tylenol, and wrap it, no X-ray, no examination. NOTHING. I have no medical background and could do the job these ppl claim they do on the daily.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The medical staff is nice (and nurse Jodi is the first nurse…read moreable to draw blood with out me feeling it!) BUT! They ordered expensive tests and didn't disclose how much they would cost, switched primary medical staff a number of times, leading to TOO MANY things falling in the cracks. Referrals take a solid month to be processed (if they are recorded at all - never got in with a neurologist like I needed), and when the receiving office has a 3 month wait time for new patients?! Please. The straw was when I needed prescriptions refilled ahead of my big move overseas that were prescribed by the original dr. The incorrect amounts were being sent to my pharmacy over and over again. I called at least twice to have it resolved, no luck. Like, how hard is it to look in the files and see what I've been prescribed in the past? OR to follow what the pharmacist is requesting? For the record, I have made useless appointments with each new provider to basically introduce myself and go over my list of medications and why they are prescribed the way they are. I have enough stress to deal with with packing and such, I don't need to hold a drs office hand while they try to figure out how to properly prescribe the right medication. Luckily I'm moving to a place with socialized medicine!

I am a county employee and this was one of our covered locations. I came in for one appointment to…read moreset up a new PCP in the area and because I had been having chest pains/breathing problems after a long battle with pneumonia. They did an in-house EKG and referred me to a cardiologist to look into my chest pain further. I gave them a list of my current medications and inquired about possibly trying something different for my severe insomnia. The NP advised me that my old medication would be one file in the event that if I didn't like what she prescribed as an alternative, I could just have my pharmacy notify them to fill my old one. Seemed simple enough. I tried her alternative one time and wound up in the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack! The hospital advised me that one of the major side affects to what she prescribed me was fast/irregular heartbeat and that if I was being referred to a cardiologist, this is the last medication that I should have been prescribed. I called their office for over two weeks and left a voicemail everyday trying to get a hold of someone to get my original prescription refilled. My pharmacy attempted to contact them 5 times for a refill and they denied it every time indicating that it was not one of my prescribed medications on file. On Monday of the third week (mind you I have now not gotten more than 3-4 hours of sleep a night because I haven't received a refill on my old insomnia medication) after reaching a voicemail again I decided to play the game a little and selected the option for 'appointments' (Dr's need appointments made to make money right) - what do you know, someone picked up on the first try. I voiced my grievances with the lady that took my call and she informed me that she just works at a call center and isn't actually at the office. But she transferred me to the Practice Manager - who incidentally wasn't available. I left her a vm and received a call back from a nurse later that day. I explained everything up to this point to her and she said she did not see my old medication on file (which is a lie) and that she would have to get in touch with the NP that saw me. I called again Tuesday after not hearing back from anyone - and got to leave yet another voicemail. I called again Wednesday and opted for the 'payment' selection this time (Dr's like money right) - once again, someone picked up immediately (amazing). I asked to speak to the Practice Manager yet again and made it very clear that I wasn't going to leave another voicemail this time! She picked up and I again repeated my entire story to her - she said she would pass this information onto the NP and her assistant and someone would get back to me that day. At almost 5:00 (when they close) the NP's assistant finally called me back - she also said they have no record of my original medication on file (still not true) and that she would have to get in touch with the NP and she would call me back when she heard from her. I called again Thursday and left another voicemail for her. Friday I had to go the route of the Practice Manager yet again - I explained that the girl that was supposed to get back in touch with me never did. She promised me that she would go talk to the NP & her assistant and someone would get back in touch with me. at 4:00 I called again and finally spoke to the assistant and the NP . . . they said I would have to come in to get the prescription because they can't fax or send it electronically to the pharmacy (which is what they did with my other medications that they filled). They're open from 8 - 5 Mon - Fri (which is when I work) getting there to pick up an RX is virtually impossible. I am livid by this point! On the 4th week of going without my insomnia medication I find out that my husband will be getting off of work early one day and he can go pick up my RX from the office. I call and inquire if A) he can pick it up in my absence (since I can't make it there during their working hours) and B) that its ready for him to pick up. They tell me that it's not on file (?) and that the NP is off until the following week. I'll have to make an appointment to come in to see her to get it filled . . . This place is absolutely absurd! They have no communication and do not care about the well being of their patients. Needless to say that I am making an appointment with another office entirely and I will never step foot in this place again! Hopefully I don't accidentally run someone over in my car trying to function like a walking zombie on 3-4 hours of sleep for the course of a month . . . talk about a lawsuit for their practice!!
