But all her teachers were good. The Home & School association is fantastic helping the school with a $34k budget with things like field trips and school supplies. There is a new principal for 2012-2013 so that may change things -- or it may not. The staff and parent organization is strong enough to keep the good momentum going no matter what.

I've had a few people reach out to me lately with similar experiences at Little Lambs. It makes me…read moreso sad to know that this neglect of the children is STILL going on and that no one is taking notice or action to STOP THEM! I wanted to write an update for sometime now, but while things were still UGLY, I wanted to give it time to simmer down some. Little Lambs went OUT OF THIER WAY to make me pay for taking my children out of their care. When I was told by the owner to provide them proof, I did. Upon recieving my proof (pictures, I had taken) of my daugthers heavily soiled diapers and clothes and horrible rash, they reported me to the state for child pornography! Can you believe this!? Who and what sick mind does this? They called my job and tried adamantly to have me fired (because I sent the email and pics from my job) and it went so far as a meeting with the DA's office. Obviously, no action was taken against me, because I did nothing wrong! There was no sexual nature of these photos, only to provide proof and back up my claims of neglect on my daughter. I had to get a lawyer involved and the whole thing pretty much ended as soon as it began, nonetheless, it was a horrible experience that NO ONE should have to go through! Child services came to my home to "investigate" and again, case open and closed. It was embarrassing and so upsetting. They went to extreme lengths to slander me as a person and as a mother. My father also sent them a letter of concern. Upon receiving his letter, they tried to call his job and have him fired too! Of course, everyone could see this for what it was...thier retaliation. Never in my life have I EVER encountered a business who handles complaints in such a manner. They should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! I have filed with the state, better business bureau and a complaint with the church which hosts their business. I have spread the word of thier harmful and criminal activities to everyone I know! I am sorry that other parents are going through this painful process, but I am glad to see that people are reading my review and keeping their children out of this hell hole!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!! SPREAD THE WORD!!!!

They constantly hide their mistakes, instead of learning from the mistakes and improving. This is scary when you think about the issues the catholic church/schools have been accused of hiding. Many of the teachers are actually good and serve the students well. However, the dictatorial and arrogant management style has a trickle down effect that makes the teachers and students timid/fearful and less confident. Compared to other catholic schools in the area, this is a striking difference and many parents noticed some red flags even on the first day of the tour/open house. The principal boasts that the academic scores are better than other local catholic schools, but the actual numbers do not support this claim. If you are looking for classroom size, this is not your school. If you are considering this school because of religious reasons, then you need to consider their values that go against christian values.
