Rust. Pools: The individual member is not at all considered. It's all about groups that rent out the pools. Pools should have more hours for individual members. For those who work day jobs, very limited times to swim. Deming hardly available. Lap pool only available evenings when working only around swim practices. Martin pool is the only option in the evening but family pool time, so single adults have to exercise in between kids playing. Martin pool for the kids would be really fun but the slide and water buckets and floating path are pretty much always closed. The whirpool has hairballs constantly and does not ever look clean anymore. Stopped using altogether. Lifeguards are mostly antisocial. Do not even make eye contact with people. Exceptions of course but this is the norm. Ambler is a much better option, but farther away. I am writing this review because feedback to the staff has gone nowhere. I have spoken to several regular members who feel the same way. Unfortunate.

Our biggest goals were for our boys to be introduced to a structured learning environment, develop social skills, and have fun. Our kiddos were 2 and 4 when we signed them up, with previous private in-home childcare. Fast forward just under 2 years and we can firmly say that Kiddie has exceeded our expectations. I don't know if anyone ever loves paying for preschool, childcare, etc...but we definitely feel that we're getting our money's worth. The hours here are very accommodating, food is included, and every teacher knows the name of every kid. Looking for your kids to make friends? Trust me, you'll never be short of a birthday party or play date for your kids. Today three kids ran up to hug my 4-year old before he left.

My child was told he would not be welcome back on Monday at 4pm on a Friday afternoon because Dwight didn't like that I was advocating for my toddler. The educational program consisted frequently of the children crammed around an iPad watching TV and my older son had his finger broken with no incident report written up. The "nutritional program" was a joke and the food was not healthy at all. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

After the pandemic hit he was at home with me for almost 9 months so I was really worried on how he would transition back into daycare life. Everyone at COA north Wales are so accommodating and kind. They really care for your child as if they were their own. And the amount of things my son learns from daycare is amazing. My husband and I get surprised almost every day by the new things he learns at daycare. The amount of activities, arts and crafts, and programs they have is just amazing. Plus the teachers sends us tons of pictures and video updates on the tadpole app everyday for us parents to see what the kiddos are up to. We love COA and all the teachers and staff members. We highly recommend COA north Wales to any parents looking for a great daycare for their children!

Then Kristen took over as director…read more In the less than a year under her watch, the staff turnover rate has been insanely bad and my 5 year old was kicked out due to him "requiring a one on one" (Kristen has no special education training so that is not based on any fact) while we waited for an official evaluation by both CHOP and the MCIU. Kristen would call constantly and talk over my wife and I trying to calm down our child who was bored (North Penn kindergarten registration said all these behaviors are learned school behavior and thinks he might be gifted). Ms. Anna (the only certified teacher on staff) called my son and another child "volatile" to my face and nothing was done. Within 3 weeks of moving into her room, we are forced to look for another daycare. He was moved into her room because at the age of 5, he was still spending a large part of his morning with 2-3 year olds. That's how few teachers there are. I am a teacher myself. I can't fathom how Kristen and this daycare are still open. Unless your child is PERFECT, do NOT utilize this daycare.
