Hello Parents, I would like to warn you all on this facility as they pride themselves on the kids safety and early learning and that is far from what is being given to our poor kids. I have a 2 year old who started a year ago who has endured multiple injures under this facilities care. My daughter has been bit, pushed, and yesterday attacked all over her face. The incident was documented and downplayed and when it was brought up the the director TARA dismissed it and cares more on her reputation than the safety of our children. The teachers have voiced multiple times they are under staffed and not being given the necessary tools to ensure the kids safety. She claims the ratio is 10 kids to one teacher which does not seem safe at all. iv witness chaos but thought she's doing the best she can with the tools being given till yesterday. Kids will be kids but we invest and trust in these facilities to provide the needed care, yet this facility just collects your money doesn't provide the tools needed for each teacher to succeed. On top of it all they asks weekly to participate in a bake sale to pay for supplies for the students since there director does not supply what they need. Its inhuman and tragic because this PLACE IS A PARENTS WORST NIGHTMARE. DONT BE FOOLED CHECK OUT THE NEW DAYCARE AROUND THE CORNER "WISHING WELL ACADEMIC PRESCHOOL!" They are streaming the class online so if you are a traumatized parent like me, Move your child to this new clean facility before it fills up!

Both my 3 year old and 4 year old have been attending Rainbow Early Learning Center for a year now, and let me tell you! My daughters love it! The teachers are very nice and welcoming. Both my daughters are autistic and receive different types of therapy. The school allows the therapist to go and do the sessions within the facility without any problems. Love this place I am so glad I was able to find them!

They didn't even know he got bitten until I pointed it out.

I was very disappointed in this daycare and I had to pull my son from it because he was not safe. He was bitten twice and one time he had multiple scratches all over his face and the explanation was he tried to take a toy from another child. The teachers here don't care and you can tell that they are just here for a paycheck. They don't enjoy the children and everyday when I pick my son up he can't wait to get the hell out of there (which is not a good sign). As far as education, I don't feel like they really did anything with them there. Art projects that were in the folder to take home were just of crayon scribbles from printed out coloring sheets. I wouldn't even call those art projects. All other schools I've seen have sent home actual art projects where the kids use construction paper and glue. Ms Toke tried to listen to me but it was just not worth it for my child's safety. I hope she hires better teachers. He was enrolled April 2017-July 2017.

I never stated anything about whether your facility was is compliance with state licensing regulations, which are the bare minimum requirments for all licensed child care facilities and nothing to be bragging about. You say things like that your policies are "clearly communicated," with no such explanation of what you mean, when I provided factual details and pages of "critical context." You have now accussed me of "repeated concerns regarding hostile communication and ongoing disruptive interactions with staff." For the prospective families reading this, I implore you, Ms. Peggy, to define what your definitions of "hostile communication" and "ongoing disruptive interactions" and "combative" are. I also give you permission to state what dates and claims about me you are even referring to, but make sure to to include "critical context" without being "inaccurate" or "misleading" when doing so. Parents need to be aware that you were never around during the incidents I described, so you have no basis for knowing whether anything I described was inaccurate. I asked a lot of questions that your staff didn't like and 1st I was called "rude" for it and now that I documented my experiences, you are trying to label me "hostile." Shame on you. Our son was at Tiny Thinkers for over 2 years or so - There are definitely things Tiny Thinkers does well, which is why we kept him at the school -- our son did progress in life skills, for example like potty training, He did learn, the kids seem happy overall, and the campus itself has potential to be fantastic. There's a lot of heart here, and when things are done right, the children benefit from it. That being said, there are areas that really need attention to match the tuition and expectations. Communication and accountability with the teaching staff could be stronger, particularly when it comes to child care knowledge and day-to-day standards. We've had to remind them multiple times about basics like keeping the kids clean and presentable, which has led to several "coaching moments. Cleanliness is another point that could use consistency -- not just the facility, but the children's appearance at pick-up. The school would benefit from investing in more training for teachers -- not just in child development, but in creating an overall experience that parents love, not just tolerate. When teachers are well-trained in both child care and parent communication, it builds confidence so families can feel secure and supported without the need for constant follow-up. Parking can also be frustrating. Without a reasonable grace period for pick-up, parents can feel penalized for situations that are sometimes beyond their control. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because there's definitely room to grow. The foundation is here -- the school just needs to buckle down on these operational details to truly deliver the level of care and professionalism families expect. I realize I'll probably get a diplomatic response to this review from the school director, but this isn't about diplomacy -- it's about truly hearing the feedback and using it to make changes. Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn't mean it's the best way. The goal should be to evolve and improve, not to explain away why things are the way they are.

Initially, it was hard imagining handing over the care of our child to someone else. However, fast forward to 6 months later, I think our child gets bored at home on the weekends sometimes and misses his daycare. Occasionally I will have a day off from work (I work full time), but if the daycare is open, I will drop him off so he can have fun and see his pals in daycare for at least part of the day. My son started at their home daycare as an infant. Not a day goes by without him smiling excitedly after Reena opens the door to welcome him. He has never cried once at drop off or pick up. Going to daycare is an absolute delight for him! He enjoys eating her yummy food (some of which are grown organically in her garden...we can't wait for him to try the passionfruit!). He likes interacting with familiar faces because the daycare is an intimate group of about 8 kids, and Reena teaches all of them to be kind and gentle with one another. He loves exploring the toys at her daycare and she provides him developmentally appropriate activities. Every day Reena provides an update about my child's activities including funny anecdotes about him and the other kids he interacts with, his meals/snacks, his naps, and his general mood. These updates end up being very funny and entertaining as not only do Reena and Don have a great sense of humor, but they also absolutely adore the silliness of the kids and find a way to recognize each of their individual personalities. Important tidbits: -Pick up and drop off is pretty quick and easy. Listed hours are 7am to 5:30pm. -This is a state licensed home daycare where CPR training, background checks, annual inspections, and etc are required of the daycare. -Full time enrollment is necessary. The benefit of this is that the number of kids is never over capacity. -Another reviewer astutely mentioned that the daycare takes a good number of holidays off. Reena is upfront about it and personally I think that the time-off is well-deserved because she puts so much energy and passion into the daycare. However, not every family can accommodate the holiday schedule. But if you can swing it, the daycare is worth it! -Homecooked meals and snacks are included and sound so yummy! -Unlike large childcare centers, there is no app to view your child's activities or photos/livestream video. But on the flip side, it feels very personal having a daily report at pick-up from Reena because she knows my child so well. -Communication has always been easy. Reena is very responsive and prompt. -Fees are straightforward and reasonable. There's a one-time registration fee and then weekly fee.

I expected baby to have a rocky transition since he was used to grandma but within the week he was saying good-bye to me in the mornings ready to start his day with Ms. Reena. We are so fortunate to have found Reena and Don. They are both nurturing, gentle and kind, Reena is always welcoming and happy to see us. 5 months later, baby is thriving in daycare and we decided to keep him with Ms. Reena. She and her staff were like extended family to my girls; it takes a village and trust me you want her and her team as part of your village. My oldest started at 18 months old and my youngest at 5 months old. My girls both adore her and have benefitted immensely from being under her care. Both of them always looked forward to going there every morning. She even helped with potty training which, as you parents know, is a challenge! She was patient with accidents, reassuring us when we got understandably frustrated, and was an immense help in that department. When my oldest started, it was during the pandemic and she had been out of a day care setting for months while everything was locked down, so needless to say she was somewhat difficult since we couldn't really socialize much with social distancing in place. Dali was patient, caring, and understanding with her and helped my little girl adjust to socializing with other children and learning boundaries and discipline in a respectful way. Once she adjusted, she thrived under her care. Prior to starting TK, she knew her letters and numbers and even writing her own name! I was always kept up-to-date on her progress and growth, alerted to any concerns regarding behavior and/or illness, and provided with advice and/or reassurance when facing developmental challenges (at the time, as a first time parent, this meant the world to me). She did this with both of my girls and gave me such great peace of mind when they were under her care. Both my girls were there at the same time at one point when they were too young to start school and she handled them wonderfully. Socializing with new friends, eating nutritious foods, waterplay days during summertime, playtime with fun toys, arts and crafts, games and story time, Dali's day care has it all in a spacious and cozy home that feels like a second home for your kiddos. Like I said, I HIGHLY recommend her day care! :)
