Tina did an amazing job. She spent the full 90 minutes unwinding terrible knots in my shoulders, hips, and neck. I've had massages in national chains, high-end resorts, and local providers. The massage with Tina was by far the best massage I ever had. I will say if you ask for a deep tissue massage, you will get a deep tissue massage. it is not a back rub.

She started off slow and really took the time to understand my body and what it needed. Then, during the last 20 minutes, she honed in on the problem area and truly worked it out. It definitely hurt--but in that "good hurt" kind of way where you know it's actually fixing something. When I stood up, I couldn't believe the difference. Since it is labeled as a gift card, you would expect it to work like any other gift card where the total value is accounted for. When I made my appointment I was confirmed for the INTRODUCTORY massage which was $70. I've never been here before, so it seemed like a reasonable thing to do. The massage itself was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Despite asking for a "quiet" session, my massage therapist talked most of the time. It that wasn't a huge deal. Upon checking out they charged me the full amount of the gift card and included the tip despite me giving the therapist a $20 cash tip. So in all, the massage cost me almost $169 which is ridiculous. Had I known, I would have just paid the cash rate to not waste the value of the gift card as they restrict it. Instead the card was charged before even coming out to the lobby and apparently nothing to do to fix it. I reached out after the fact, and clearly they think this is a reasonable policy. I don't mind over-tipping, but I would encourage you to avoid gift cards if you've never been here before. Oh, and they will make you wait around trying to buy a monthly membership afterwards. So I definitely won't be back.
