The price was actually $14.95 but they basically said oops and wouldn't honor the sticker price. We even offered, if we bought two at $14.95 could we get the third for the sticker price and they said no. Couldn't hurt to ask, but the rule generally is you get it for the sticker price. Sad-- we walked out and didn't buy anything. They left $9 on the table and forfeited a 50% profit ($18). Dumb business, bad policy, don't engage the staff, they aren't helpful.

I frequent this location often and just kept my mouth shut until I had an opportunity to actually speak to someone in charge. I don't know what they use to mop the floors but clearly by the smell the water used was contaminated. Their clothing selection is okay but I'd rather travel to a more professional location like SLW if I ever think about shopping at anymore Burlington Coat Factories. If you don't enjoy your job management maybe it's time to find a new profession.

It gave me anxiety, it's a small thrift store & it's so cluttered. Too much stuff for such a small space. Nothing seemed too organized. Nothing really seemed worth getting. It gave off a yard sale selling junk. I won't be back.

I called this store last week to inquire about consigning a wedding dress. I let the woman know…read morethat I had never consigned before and asked what I needed to do with the dress before bringing it. Under the impression that I had all the information I needed I got in the car and drive an hour to get there. Upon arrival I was met with a tattered store front, dirty carpet, a moldy smell and a barefooted toddler with green snot running down her face. The woman I spoke with in the phone was there to greet me and was accompanied by a woman who appeared to be homeless and kept interferering with the conversation I was trying to have. The woman who worked there (who never introduced herself) was very rude and tried to make fun of me for my dress being wrinkled. I reminded her of the conversation we had last week in which I asked what the requirements were for the dress. She acknowledged me and still tried to put me down for it being properly prepared. She was VERY rude. I have worked in hispitality for 20 years and I would never dream of treating someone the way she treated me. Awful. I will not be returning.

They have two thrift stores, this one and one on Indrio Road. The stores are staffed by volunteers and are open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm but are closed on Sundays and Mondays. This is exactly the kind of thrift store I love to find. It is filled with a lot of eclectic items and they are cheap. They sell clothes, accessories, collectibles, and home goods. You can definitely find a treasure here. I left with a large Vera Bradley bag and a small strawberry ceramic box, grand total spent? A whopping $1.50. Now this is my kind of place. The only down side is that they don't have AC which is a small price to pay for the opportunity to treasure hunt. You can donate items which keeps them out of the landfill and helps the planet and they take the proceeds from the thrift stores to help people in the community. What's not to love?
