When I brought it to his attention that I believed I had mistakenly paid him $1900 for work that another company had done he was very quick to respond. He only wanted to take a look at the house and make sure that it wasn't work that they had done. In less than five seconds he confirmed it and handed over a check with interest. This is integrity. The installers came out this morning and I now have brand new gutters. The person I talked to on the phone was very knowledgable. My husband had requested a hooded gutter, and the representative showed me what a screened gutter looked like. He told me that hooded gutters in an area with a heavy snowfall encourage ice dams and are easily damaged, and gutter screens work much better for our climate. The installer were polite. They rang the doorbell to let us know they had arrived, and began their work. At the end of the install, they rang the doorbell again to let me know that they were done and to collect payment. They showed up and because there was more moss removal than they had estimated they decided they want to double the price. I called and talked to the owner, and he said that the roof was very dirty, my response was yes it has Moss your companies name is Moss busters removal of Alaska. He was very controversial and trying to justify the price doubling. So I said forget it just give us our hundred dollar reservation fee back. He's even trying to deny us that. We are giving him 24 hours. This company is shady and has "ZERO" Integrity.
