Moved to Albuq but my family still returns to Dr. Rainaldi for our care. He's an excellent and compassionate dentist, gentle with my family, and very knowledgeable about many things one doesn't get from their dentist - questions about our diets, keeping up our overall health, sleep disorders, etc. We always walk out knowing more about something new. We cant say enough about the staff - they go out of their way to accommodate our appointments, calling if they are running a few minutes behind, never a problem in handling our insurance - they fought the insurance to get our claims were paid when the insurance tried to deny our benefits, whereas other offices (medical) make us do all the calling. We just met the new associate Dr. Damon. She was exceptional in taking care of our youngest children, very patient with them, and very professional. Cant say enough about this office!
