I've used Holder's several times over the years and have always been very pleased, both with the…read morerepairs and with the customer service. Someone ran into my driver door recently and I took it to Holder's for repair. Picked it up today and it looks like a brand new car. Beautiful paint job, and the inside had been thoroughly cleaned and detailed. As always, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was told that Holders was the best around and this is why I chose them. Unfortunately, they did…read morenot meet my expectations. When I received my car back the first time, there were paint runs, the rocker panel had been missed, the rim that was repaired was not the same color as the others, and the steering wheel button had not been fixed. I was told to bring it back in. When I dropped the car off, the woman at the front desk (as she says she was "The manager" ) on the right just as you walked in, asked what the issues were. I explained and when I told her the rim was a different color than the others, she leaned over FROM HER DESK, looked out the window and said, "It's probably just dirty", when clearly you can't even make that assumption from you desk....Honestly, this women was very rude and very unprofessional. Once I came back to get my car rocker panel and rim seemed to be fixed, but they replaced the whole steering wheel with a piece of junk out of the junk yard that was basically falling apart, scratched and the logo in the middle flaking. Needless to say, I called my insurance company and will be taking my car somewhere else to get fixed right for a 3rd time. I am very disappointed and they should consider hiring a new receptionist that is more pleasant to deal with, because clearly after reading all of these reviews I am not the only person who feels this way.

As a person who has had more than my share of car damage, I have dealt with plenty of body shops. It is no understatement that the treatment I received by Jeff at Fender Mender was absolutely extraordinary in the best possible way. From the time that I was greeted, Jeff took time with me to make sure I felt welcome and at home. He explained the options for my car repair extremely thoroughly. He even provided me with questions and considerations should I go somewhere else. He graciously offered to speak to the folks who were responsible for the damage to explain the costs and the "why" behind what he was doing. He understands that the investment that we made in our vehicle was a sacrifice and one that we did not want a bad patch/paint job to mar our enjoyment and daily reminder of the accident. Every step of the way he was communicative and clear...from proactively calling me first thing Monday morning to let me know that our overnight drop off went well...all the way to delivering the car two days earlier than what was expected. I would have no reservations on sending my wife/children here to get service. Regardless of your comfort with auto-body repairs, Jeff takes the time to make you feel welcome and explains his process excellently. I am grateful for the recommendations I received to go to Fender Mender and I hope to never need auto body work again.... but in the likely chance I do, Jeff will be my first call. Jeff is in the *service* business, and you can tell. Before/after photos posted-metallic pearl white paint. As if it never happened!

For instance; It would be preferred knowing it a structural part that needs welding ahead of time as opposed to being told "hopefully", "should be", "if there are no other issues" it will be ready in two days...and then after being told the actual information. Truly an awful customer experience. I finally backed my "liaison" into a corner and made her definitively say it would definitely be ready in two days. She said yes but she would double check. Then 15 minutes later added two days. I'm never using clover for anything and recommend you stead clear of this company. They are experts at smoke and mirrors parlor tricks. Hahaha just kidding. He was very thorough and inspected my vehicle. I was able to drop my vehicle off the next week. And repairs were completed accordingly. Quicker than expected too. I did see some scratch marks on the plastic door piece where they may have used some tool to wedge the chrome piece off. Also other chrome piece was not secured properly when they reinstalled it. See photos. Overall the paint job did look good. And Derek touched up 2 other tiny spots for me which was nice.
