This budget hotel is a great way to get easy accommodation in Adelaide and at just a tad more than $20, it is cheap too. Rooms are rather basic yet will do for basic backpackers and a spot to rest. Each room has a small single bed and they are somewhat comfortable. If you are use to hotel beds then these should not be too bad however getting comfy may take a little while.
It's not too noisy and towels and linen are provided. Staff and reception appear to be somewhat friendly and approachable and overall, the place doesn't look that bad. I guess this is really a matter of, you get what you pay for.
Toilets are unisex as are the shower blocks. There are no kitchens or any fancy features in rooms. Everything is basic and communal, hence why it is probably best for a one night stay. Showers are quite poor though and temperature fine tuning can take six minutes. The showers are also very slippery and the locks on the doors do not work well.
Rooms are set out with basic facilities, like a wardrobe, shelf, chair, bin, mirror, drawers, window and heater, however do not expect any luxuries or deluxe features. This is probably the best resort to last minute accommodation in Adelaide without busting the wallet too far open. read more
