Upon arrival to their house we got it out of the truck to inspect it. Upon inspection we noticed that 2 legs on one of the chairs was broken, the table is missing the center leaf. We called the store to address the issue and see if possibly the leaf was left there on accident. They then advised us that there wasn't anything left there for that table and chair set. So we asked them if we could return it for a full refund and they said that that's not possible. Even after addressing the issues they still refuse to process a full refund. The girl at the store said it was donated and they don't think it came with one. The girl also said that we could donate it or sell it on fb. The table honestly isn't worth more than 40$. So therefor in my opinion they falsely advertised an item for sale without addressing that it was missing a very crucial part of the table. My parents bought that table because they are adopting their grandchildren and needed a bigger table to accommodate everyone. My parents were taken advantage of and this business refuses to fix the problem. I simply want a refund for the money my parents paid.

I like this store because it's very clean on the inside and people are very helpful. I had to take my cousin here who's up there in years and is disabled . There is plenty of parking in the front of the whole store for disabled people. Also, there's an area where I can drop off goods. Please don't put them in a landfill. If you have something you don't need consider going here if you live close by. Don't stick it in your garage taking up room when you can give it to somebody that could really really use it. The store is arranged according me again, very clean on the inside employees very hopeful while I was there for about 45 minutes. A lot of people came in the store or we're leaving the store. The management here is seriously lacking, if these "donations" are "providing jobs" to the community, then why not have the employees make a career out of it and let each member manage an area of the store instead of letting the place look like a dump and have no one care about the customer experience. It will teach responsibility, respect/ownership of those responsibilities, and highlight the store as a community asset vs. some donation dump zone.
