There was sap on the exterior, coffee stains and splashes on the interior, and the dog hair - man the dog hair from my white English cream golden retriever was stuck to every piece of fabric/felt imaginable. The team really put in the time and effort to do a good job and the service rate is beyond reasonable- frankly not enough for how good a job they do. 5/5 would definitely recommend and utilize in the future. What a wonderful, honest and competent shop. Brought the car by on a Thursday, he took a look at it and gave me 2 options to decide on - expensive (replace all) or not-so-expensive. Even offered to roll the not-so-expensive cost over to the expensive opt if we didn't like how it came out. He suggested we'd like the less expensive fix saying he thought he could do a decent job. It's an old car w/ 200K+ miles so we said let's start there and see where things go. We dropped the car off Sunday night & received a call midday Monday saying it was ready. They even fixed a front fender dent we got over the weekend from flying ice off a car on the highway. I hadn't even mentioned it as we were focused on the rear bumper. No add'l fees were even suggested. Just the price he provided when we first met. Easy peasy. Love dealing with honest businesses that deliver on all they say they will. I had a small issue with the rear bumper on my Ford Explorer. It had also caused some paint wear on the inside edge of the tailgate. The Ford dealer wasn't much help and told me it probably would cost a couple thousand to fix. Decided to check these guys out. The Manager, Steve, was very helpful and personable. He very quickly pointed out what the issue was and said it was an easy fix. Much better than the dealership. They were booked for a couple weeks (a good sign that they do good work). Steve got me set up with an appointment. They work with Enterprise rental, so the day of my appointment I was able to drop off my vehicle and Enterprise picked me up there and brought me to their location to get the rental paperwork taken care of. Two days later my vehicle was done and I was able to drop off the rental there for Enterprise to pick up. The bumper issue was taken care of and the tailgate was touched up beautifully. They even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint if I needed it in the future for anything. My insurance covered it minus my deductible, but the total was only a fraction of what the dealership said it would cost. If you need ANY body work done on your vehicle, you would be a fool not to check the guys out. Very highly recommended!
